Learning of and in the Basque and Occitan languages is at the heart of the linguistic policy project adopted by the Euskadi Aquitaine Euroregion, the OPLB (Public Office of the Basque Language) in Basque and OPLO Office Public de la Langue Occitane) in what concerns Occitan. Teaching in the Basque language in the French Basque Country and Occitan in the Occitan parts of the Bordeaux, Toulouse and Montpellier academies (New-Aquitaine and Occitania regions) is currently developing significantly and, to accompany this development, the number of posts Of professors in the Basque language and in the Occitan language is constantly increasing. Until now, the number of candidates present for these competitions remains very insufficient. The objective of this project is to increase the pool of candidates present at the corresponding competitions of recruitment of teachers of schools (Special CRPE Basque or Occitan). For this purpose, two parallel models are offered for each of the two languages: For the Basque language, on the one hand, 10 annual grants to train in the Basque language and 10 biannual scholarships to train young primary school students in French in order to prepare them To the Master MEEF of access to the competition of professorial Basque. El aprendizaje en los idiomas vasco y occitano se sitúa en el núcleo del proyecto de política lingüística adoptada por la Eurorregión Aquitania-Euskadi, la OPLB (Oficina Pública de la Lengua Vasca) en lo que respecta al euskera y la OPLO (Oficina Pública de la Lengua Occitana) en lo que respecta al occitano. La enseñanza en euskera en el País Vasco francés y del occitano en las zonas de Burdeos, Toulouse y Montpellier (regiones Nueva-Aquitania y Occitania) se desarrolla de manera notable, y para acompañar ese desarrollo, el número de puestos de profesores en euskera y occitano está en constante aumento. En este momento no contamos con los suficientes candidatos. El objetivo de este proyecto es aumentar la bolsa de candidatos a la oposición (sección especial de euskera y occitano) de reclutamiento de profesores de colegios (CRPE). Para ello se proponen dos modelos paralelos. Para la parte vasca, por un lado, 10 becas anuales para formar en euskera y 10 becas bi-anuales para formar en francés a jóvenes estudiantes y prepararlos para realizar el Master MEEF de acceso a la oposición de profesorado vasco. Para la parte occitana, 3 becas bianuales para formar en occitano. Por otro lado, 5 becas bianuales, renovables un año, para formar en francés y occitano.

L’apprentissage de et en langues basque et occitane constitue le cœur même du projet de politique linguistique adoptée par l’Eurorégion Aquitaine-Euskadi, l’OPLB (Office Public de la Langue Basque) en ce qui relève du basque et l'OPLO (Office Public de la Langue Occitane) en ce qui relève de l'occitan. L’enseignement en langue basque au Pays Basque français et en occitan dans les parties occitanes des académies de Bordeaux, Toulouse et Montpellier (régions Nouvelle-Aquitaine et Occitanie) se développe actuellement de façon significative et, pour accompagner ce développement, le nombre de postes de professeurs en langue basque et en langue occitane est en constante augmentation. Jusqu'à présent, le nombre de candidats se présentant à ces concours reste très insuffisant. L’objectif de ce projet est d’augmenter le vivier de candidats se présentant aux concours correspondants de recrutement de professeurs des écoles (CRPE spéciaux langue basque ou occitane). Pour cela, deux modèles parallèles sont proposés pour chacune des deux langues: Pour la langue basque, d'une part,10 bourses annuelles pour former en langue basque et 10 bourses biannuelles pour former en français des jeunes étudiants en enseignement primaire afin de les préparer au Master MEEF d’accès au concours de professorat basque. Pour la langue occitane d'autre part, 3 bourses bannuelles pour former en langue occitane. D’un autre côté, 5 bourses biannuelles, renouvellables un an, pour former en français et en occitan.
