Das Projekt beschäftigt sich mit der Bilanzierung und Bewertung der Widerstandsfähigkeit von Grundwasserressourcen und der Wasserversorgung im deutsch-tschechischen Grenzraum unter extremen Witterungsperioden, insbesondere unter extremer Trockenheit. Aus den Projektergebnissen werden Handlungsempfehlungen für die regionalen Akteure vor Ort abgeleitet. Das Projekt trägt zur Umsetzung der europäischen Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (Richtlinie 2000/60/EG) bei.

Description (EN):

The project deals with the balance sheet and evaluation of the possibility of long-term use of groundwater reserves in the Czech-Saxon border, taking into account various weather conditions, especially extreme droughts. Recommendations for various local actors will be developed from the results of the project. The project will contribute to the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive (Directive 2000/60/EC).

Projekt se zabývá bilancí a vyhodnocením možnosti dlouhodobého využívání zásob podzemních vod v česko-saském pohraničí při zohlednění různých povětrnostních podmínek, zejména extrémního sucha. Z výsledků projektu budou vypracována doporučení pro různé lokální aktéry. Projekt přispěje k realizaci rámcové směrnice EU pro vodní politiku (směrnice 2000/60/ES).

Achievements (DE):

„ResiBil" widmete sich als Nachfolgeprojekt zu „GRACE“ der Bilanzierung und nachhaltigen Bewirtschaftung der Grundwasserressourcen. Hintergrund ist der seit den 1990er Jahren beobachtete, besorgniserregende klima- und entnahmebedingte Grundwasserrückgang im sächsisch-tschechischen Grenzraum, wie im Kirnitzschtal oder Zittauer Gebirge. Projektergebnisse: Erarbeitet wurde eine langfristige Strategie zur grenzüberschreitenden Bewirtschaftung der Grundwasserressourcen in den drei wasserwirtschaftlich relevanten Fokusgebieten Děčínský Sněžník, Kirnitzschtal und Lückendorf: Aufbereitung und Verschneidung tschechischer und deutscher geologischer und hydrogeologischer Grundlagendaten in einen Datenkatalog (VUV). Erstellung eines regionalen Schnittbilds lithologischer Schichten und tektonischer Versätze. Aktualisierung des geologischen 3D-Modells des Gebiets. räumlich konzeptionelles, geologisches Modell der Grundwasserströmung. darauf aufbauend hydrogeologische Modellierung des Grundwasservorkommens im Projektgebiet. stratigraphisches Schema der Region. Achievements (EN):

ResiBil” was a follow-up project to “GRACE” dedicated to the accounting and sustainable management of groundwater resources. The background is the declining groundwater decline in the Saxon-Czech border area, which has been observed since the 1990s, as in the Kirnitzschtal or Zittau Mountains. Project results: A long-term strategy for the cross-border management of groundwater resources was developed in the three water-related focus areas Děčínský Sněžník, Kirnitzschtal and Lückendorf: Preparation and intersection of Czech and German geological and hydrogeological basic data into a data catalogue (VUV). Creation of a regional intersection of lithological layers and tectonic offsets. Update of the 3D geological model of the area. spatial conceptual, geological model of groundwater flow. based on this, hydrogeological modelling of the groundwater deposit in the project area. stratigraphic scheme of the region.
