Description (EN):

This project overall objective is to propose an innovative way of boosting the tourists' flows between regions by promoting the cross-border cooperation between people ( employers, employees) and institutions (tourist actors, attractions, local authorities). The Incentive travel methods and programs are a new way of exploiting untapped potentials of the cross-border region and will intensify the cross-border tourism movement. The main activities that this project incorporates are: ISO Consultations for 12 tourist actors, the Incentive travel research - is a business travel that is designed to motivate or trigger action, as a reward for these actions from employees or business partners, trilingual book will be printed and disseminated in all municipalities of the selected area presenting the Incentive travel method as a tool to enhance the economic appeal of the cross border region, webpage of the project will be attached to the already existing website of project FRESH.AIR and will be updated properly during the project's implementation. Project Results Increased competitiveness for the tourist actors after being consulted on integration of ISO standards(12 organizations); increased cross-border movement of people and exchange of good and services in the area after the Incentive travel research and dissemination of its results; publishment and dissemination of tourist bulletin (4 editions) in favor of the incentive travel packages and vouchers to promote the cross border movement.

Целта на проекта е да предложи иновативен начин за увеличаване потока от туристи между регионите чрез насърчаване на трансграничното сътрудничество между хората (работодателите, служителите) и институциите (туристическите участници на пазара, местните власти). Интерактивни методи и програми за стимулиране на пътуванията са новият подход при използването на неизползвания потенциал на трансграничния регион чрез стимулиране пътуванията на туристите в трансграничния регион. Основните дейности на проекта са: „ISO“ консултации за 12 туристически участника на пазара, проучвания с цел стимулиране на пътуванията – и по конкретно бизнес пътуванията предназначени да мотивират или да ускорят процесите и действията, като награда за тези действия за служителите или бизнес партньорите, триезична книга ще бъде отпечатана и разпространена във всички общини в избраните области представяйки методите за стимулиране на пътуванията като инструмент за подобряване на икономическата привлекателност на трансграничния регион, уеб страница на проекта ще бъде интегрирана към вече съществуващата такава по проекта WWW.FRESH.AIR и ще бъде актуализиранa по време на изпълнението на проекта. Като резултат от проекта ще бъде високата конкурентоспособност на туристическите участници на пазара, след като са били консултирани относно интеграцията на стандартите „ISO“ (12 организации); увеличената динамика на предвижване в трансграничния регион на туристи и обмяната на добри практики и услуги след проучванията и стимулите за пътуване и разпространението на резултатите от него; публикуването и разпространението на туристическите бюлетин (4 издания) в полза на пакетите услуги стимулирайки пътуванията чрез ваучери за насърчаване на между граничното предвижване.

Главната цел на проектот е да се предложи иновативен начин на зголемување на протокот на туристи меѓу регионите преку промоција на прекуграничната соработка помеѓу луѓето (работодавците, вработените) и институции (туристички чинители, атракции, локалните власти). Стимулатувните методи и програми за патувања се нов начин на искористување на неискористениот потенцијал на прекуграничниот регион и ќе го интензивира прекугранично движење на туризмот. Главните активности кои овој проект ги вклучува се: ISO Консултации за 12 туристички актери , истражување на Туристичкиот стимул за патување - е поттик за патување, кој е дизајниран да мотивира или да предизвика акција, како награда за вработените или деловните партнери, ке биде испечатена и дистрибуирана тројазична книга во сите општини на избраната област за промовирање на методот за туристичкиот стимул за патување како алатка за поттикнување на економската привлечност на прекуграничниот регион. Веб страна на проектот ќе биде прикачена на веќе постоечкиот веб-сајт на проектот FRESH.AIR и ќе се ажурира правилно во текот на имплементацијата на проектот. Резултати од проектот Зголемување на конкурентноста на туристичка субјекти откако ке бидат консултирани за интеграција на ISO стандарди (12 организации); Зголемено прекугранично движење на луѓе и размена на добра и услуги во областа по истражувањето и објавување на резултатите од туристичкиот стимул за патување; објавување и дистрибуција на туристички билтен (4 изданија) кој во прилог ке има пакети за туристичкиот стимул за патувања и ваучери за промоција на прекуграничната движење.

Achievements (EN):

A multiplayer effect is expected in the entire cross-border area between Bulgaria and Macedonia through greater recognition of the region through the establishment of 3 cross-border networks, through the ISO consultations of 12 tourism companies that were given the opportunity to certify ISO standards and thereby improved their way of working and their experience will be transferred to the region. A multiplier effect is also expected from the incentive travel research which is a very good starting point for further research and leads to increased practical use of the incentive travel by small and medium-sized enterprises and organizations in the field of tourism in the project region The multiplier effect was reflected in other municipalities that were not beneficiaries of the project but were included in the tourism route, and it is expected that the flow of tourists will increase, thereby increasing the consumption of tourism services and goods. The experience of the project can be used to other cross-border partner initiatives.
