1. Project management. 2. Information and publicity. 3. Study of destinations for gourmet and wine tourism in Bulgaria and Turkey, and development of new common tourist packages. 4. Creation of multilingual Tourist Gourmet Guide to the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Turkey, in two versions - Online platform and Mobile Application. 5. Organization of culinary exhibitions, presentation of the Tourist Gourmet Guide and new tourist packages in Bulgaria and Turkey.

1. Proje yönetimi ve koordinasyonu. 2. Bilgilendirme ve tanıtım. 3. Bulgaristan ve Türkiye'deki gurme ve şarap turizm hedefleri araştırması. 4. Online platform ve mobil uygulama olmak üzere Bulgaristan ve Türkiye sınır bölgesini tanıtan çok dilli Gurme Turist Rehberi yapımı. 5. Bulgaristan ve Türkiye'de Mutfak Gösterileri organizasyonu, Gurme Turist Rehberi ve yeni turistik paketlerinin sunumu ve tanıtımı.

Създаване на многоезичен Туристически Гурме Пътеводител на трансграничния регион на България и Турция, в два варианта: Онлайн платформа и Мобилно приложение. 5. Организиране на кулинарни изложения, представяне на Туристическия Гурме Пътеводител и новите туристически пакети в България и в Турция.

Achievements (EN):

The project's impact on the CB area has been reflected in: - Increased awareness of the target group and society in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Turkey for the availability of modern IT tools and common tourist destinations to promote specific gourmet tourism. - Increased capacity of the target group for sustainable tourism development in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Turkey through development and promotion of common destinations for gourmet and wine tourism. - Increased capacity of the project partners for Bulgaria-Turkey cross-border cooperation in the field of sustainable tourism, aiming enhancement of European territorial cohesion through promotion of alternative forms of tourism. The project has contributed to the improved possibilities for sustainable tourism destinations in the CBC-region, which are core result that the partner states seek to achieve with Union support. This has been able through implementation of various soft measures - joint studies on tourist products with potential for cross-border tourist destinations and creation of innovative tools based on IT, to promote the sustainable tourism development.

Дейностите са изпълнени съгласно предвидения план-график. Проектът цели повишаване на трансграничното сътрудничество за устойчиво развитие на туризма като се популяризират традиционните местни храни и вина чрез IT технологии. В рамките на проекта се извършиха две проучвания за дестинации на гурме и винен туризъм в България (областите Хасково, Бургас и Ямбол) и Турция (провинциите Одрин и Къркларели). Целта им е да определят потенциалните туристически обекти в трансграничния регион като хотели, хижи, ресторанти, винарни, мандри, пекарни, пазари, ферми, както и традиционни местни рецепти за храни и напитки, традиционни празници и фестивали свързани с храни и вино. След което цялата събрана информация се систематизира и обобщи в една обща база данни, която бе използвана за създаването на три-езичен Онлайн Пътеводител за Гурме Туризъм – в онлайн платформа и мобилно приложение. Този Пътеводител предоставя възможност на посетителите на трансграничният регион да открият всичко, от което се нуждаят, събрано на едно място. Пътеводителят също така представя нови туристически пакети за гурме туризъм. Партньорите организираха две еднодневни Кулинарни Изложения – едно в гр. Харманли, България и едно в гр. Одрин, Турция. Гостите на Изложенията имаха възможността да наблюдават приготвянето на някои традиционни ястия като катми и тава джигер (пържен черен дроб), както и да опитат много други местни продукти. Атмосферата на Изложенията беше изключително стимулираща и създаде позитивна настройка към алтернативният гурме туризъм. След създаването и пускането на Онлайн Пътеводителя за Гурме Туризъм, партньорите организираха две пресконференции (една в Турция и една в България). На посетителите бяха представени дейностите по Проекта, Програмата за трансгранично сътрудничество, както и иновативните IT инструменти за популяризиране на трансграничния регион като атрактивна туристическа дестинация за гурме туризъм.
