Description (FR):

EnerNETMob vise à élaborer, tester et améliorer "Plans d'électromobilité durable" selon communes normes et politiques à faible intensité de carbone, afin de mettre en place un "réseau interrégional d'électromobilité" traversant la zone transnationale MED. Le projet favorise la mobilité partagée et l’intermodalité avec systèmes de transport électrique, en mettant en œuvre des réseaux interurbains et interrégionaux d'équipements de charge pour véhicules électriques aussi alimentés par énergies renouvelables. En intégrant les modèles de SUMP et SEAP, les "Plans d'électromobilité durable" viseront à 2 grands défis: - Mettre en œuvre des "Réseaux Interrégionaux de Electromobilité" dans les systèmes de transport locaux, suite à des communes approches et lignes directrices de conception des services de transport électriques; - Mettre en œuvre petites investissements pilotes sur l'électromobilité pour connexions interurbaines et intermodales afin de tester le réseau aussi au niveau transnational. La Directive 2014/94/UE a fourni des lignes directrices pour développer les infrastructures de charge dans l’UE. Toutefois les États n’ont toujours pas intégré les réseaux en tout le territoire avec les mêmes protocoles et modèles de planification. Donc, sur la base des BAT existantes, le projet développera solutions d'électromobilité et actions pilotes pour surmonter les limitations de moyen parcours et pour coordonner les investissements futurs sur le transport électrique dans la zone MED.

Description (EN):

EnerNETMob aims to draft, test and improve parallel “Sustainable Electromobility Plans” according to common standards and low carbon policies, in order to set an “Interregional Electromobility Network” crossing cities of all transnational MED area. Project promotes sharing mobility and land-sea intermodality using electric transport systems, by implementing interurban and interregional pilot networks of Electric Vehicles Supply Equipment (EVSE) also co-powered by Renewable Energy Sources. By integrating the SUMP and SEAPs models, the “Sustainable Electromobility Plans” will be developed to reach 2 main challenges: - to implement and extend “Interregional Electromobility Networks” inside and beyond MED area, following common approaches and design guidelines for electric transport infrastructures/services; - to implement pilot small-scale investments on electromobility for interurban and intermodal connections in order to allow longer trips and test network at transnational level. 2014/94/EU Directive provided preliminary guidelines to develop charging infrastructures in EU territory. However, Member States have still not implemented integrated EVSE networks at European level with same communication protocols and planning models. Therefore, on the basis of existing Best Available Technologies, project will develop electromobilty solutions and will test pilot actions to overcome medium-trip limitations and to coordinate future investments on electric transport in MED area.

Achievements (EN):

The EnerNETMob project has held its Kick-off meeting in Tripolis, Greece on the 3rd and 4th of May 2018 where it established its Steering and Scientific Committees and workgroups with the aim to run a smooth and reliable project matching the scheduled timeframe and to facilitate the internal project coordination and communication among partners and the MED programme authorities.The partnership has set up its communication channels to promote the project achievements and electromobility across the MED territory through the project’s website at https://enernetmob.interreg-med.eu/, the social media channels (Facebook: http://bit.ly/FacebookENERNETMOB, YouTube: http://bit.ly/YouTubeENERNETMOB, Twitter: https://twitter.com/EnerNETMob, and is also participating to activities for strengthening the MED Program Urban transport Community ( https://urban-transports.interreg-med.eu/)The partners have started researching the current development of electromobility in the EU and the EU Policy and Regulation Framework of electromobility with the aim to assess the policies and Regulations/Directives adopted by the EU Commission and Parliament and will define the benchmarks at EU levels. They are also analyzing and develop reports on their National Policy and Regulation Framework of electromobility. Partners are developing the guidelines for “Sustainable Electro-Mobility Plans” and the “Best Available Technologies and Technical standards”. These guidelines will be used by the partners in pilot activities to plan and design electric transport infrastructures/services with the same technical standards and the best available technologies.
