Description (EN): The trilateral region is characterised by the cultural identities of the three states named Austria, Hungary and Slovenia. The particular characteristic of this border region is diversity-diversity of nature, landscapes, languages and cultures plus diversity of regional food and drink. This common USP is rarely being used so far and is hardly meeting the rising demand of visitors for cross border offers. There is also a lack of networking concerning nature and cultural specials with hotels and hosts both in the region and abroad. There is also no possibility for sufficient customer advisory service because the tourism actors´(in the Front Office Area e.g. information of tourism, hots, hotels, and gastronomy) nationwide knowledge for offers/sights across the borders is very low. Therefore it appears necessary to create not only a qualitative development of existing facilities but also to advance an appropriate target group preparation of new natural attractions. It is advisable that there is a strong need of networking of all relevant actors across borders to make the common USP touchable for the guest. Because of these innovative common efforts, the concrete networking and new offers across the year, the region will become attractive for the guest and the off season will be boasted. These proposals would contribute to increase the number of overnight stays for a long lasting time. All planned activities of this project cover the development of offers and product to three guiding themes (cistercians, cycling and hiking) concerning common impliments to increase advisory skills,public relations work and marketing as well as the creation of nature touristic infrastructure.
Read more Description (DE): Die Dreiländerregion wird von den kulturellen Eigenheiten der drei Länder Österreich, Ungarn und Slowenien geprägt. Vielfalt ist die besondere Eigenschaft dieser Grenzregion – Vielfalt der Natur, der Landschaftsformen, der Sprachen und Kulturen, der bodenständigen Speisen und Getränke. Dieser gemeinsame USP wird bisher sehr wenig genutzt und der steigenden Nachfrage von Besuchern nach grenzüberschreitenden Angeboten wird man kaum gerecht. Auch die Vernetzung der Natur- und Kulturangebote mit den Hotels und den Zimmervermietern in der Region und über die Grenze ist nicht gegeben. Da die überregionalen Kenntnisse für Angebote/Sehenswürdigkeiten über der Grenze bei den Tourismusakteuren im Front Office Bereich (Tourismusinfo, Zimmervermieter, Hotels, Gastronomie) sehr gering sind, ist auch eine fachkundige Kundenberatung nicht ausreichend möglich. Vor diesem Hintergrund erscheint einerseits eine qualitative Weiterentwicklung der bisher geschaffenen Einrichtungen genauso notwendig, wie eine zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung von neuen naturtouristischen Angeboten. Um den gemeinsamen USP für den Gast erlebbar zu machen, bedarf es einer starken Vernetzung aller relevanten Akteure über die Grenze hinweg. Durch diese innovative, gemeinsame Herangehensweise, der konkreten Vernetzungsarbeit und der neuen Ganzjahresangebote wird die Region für den Besucher attraktiv, wodurch die Nebensaison angekurbelt wird. Dies trägt langfristig zu einer Steigerung der Nächtigungszahlen in der Projektregion bei. Die geplanten Aktivitäten des Projektes umfassen dabei die Bereiche Angebots- und Produktentwicklung zu drei Leitthemen (Zisterzienser, Rad- und Genusswandern), gemeinsame Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Beratungskompetenz, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Marketing sowie die Errichtung von naturtouristischer Infrastruktur.
Read more Description (HU): A hármashatár vidéket a három ország: Ausztria, Magyarország és Szlovénia kulturális jellegzetességei fémjelzik. A határvidék különleges tulajdonsága a sokszínűség – a természet, a domborzati formák, a nyelvek és kultúrák, a helyi ételek és italok színes kínálata. Mindeddig igen keveset használták ezt a közös USP-t /unique selling proposition - egyedi jelleg/, és alig is vették számításba az ide látogatók a határon átnyúló kínálat alapján jelentkező, növekvő keresletét. A térségben és a határon túl a természeti és kulturális kínálatok szállodákkal és szállásadókkal kialakított hálózatba történő összefogása sem létezik. Mivel a front office (ügyfélkapcsolati) területen működő idegenforgalmi szereplők (idegenforgalmi információ, szállásadók, szállodák, vendéglátóipar) esetében a határon túli kínálatra/látnivalókra vonatkozó régióközi ismeretek igen szűkösek, a szakszerű ügyféltanácsadás sem lehetséges megfelelő mértékben. Ezekkel az adottságokkal ugyanúgy szükségesnek tűnik az eddig megteremtett létesítmények minőségi továbbfejlesztése, mint az új természetjáró turisztikai kínálat célcsoportokra irányzott előkészítése. A határ mindkét oldalán valamennyi lényeges szereplő erős összekapcsolódása szükséges annak érdekében, hogy a vendég számára megtapasztalhatóvá tegyük a közös USP-t. A konkrét hálózatépítés és az új, egész évre szóló ajánlatok innovatív, közös megközelítésével válik a térség a látogató számára vonzóvá. Ez hosszú távon hozzájárul a projektrégióban eltöltött vendégéjszakák számának az emelkedéséhez. A projekt tervezett tevékenységei emellett magukban foglalják a kapcsolódó kínálat- és termékfejlesztést a három vezető témához (ciszterciek, kerékpáros- és élménytúrázás) kapcsolódva; a tanácsadási kompetencia növelését célzó közös intézkedéseket, a nyilvánosság előtt végzett munkát és a marketing területeit, valamint a természetjáró turisztikai infrastruktúra létrehozását.

Expected Outputs (DE): Durch die Attraktivierung der Angebote, besser ausgebildete Tourismusakteure sowie Neue, grenzüberschreitende Angeboten und Packages für die Vor- und Nachsaison wird die Nebensaison angekurbelt und trägt zur Steigerung der Nächtigungszahlen bei.
Expected Outputs (HU): A kínálatok vonzóvá tételével, magasabban képzett turisztikai szereplők részvételével, új határon átnyúló, elő- és utószezont megcélzó kínálatok és csomagok által a mellékszezont fellendítjük, hozzájárulva a vendégéjszakák számának a növeléséhez.
