The project area covers in Austria the county Burgenland and in Hungary the Zala county. The number of Roma and Sinti in this region is large and they often face the disadvantages of discrimination. In the context of our project we would like to emphasize those Roma and Sinti, who run a small business and are in a vulnerable situation. They need encouragement, professional support and competence development to stabilize their economic circumstances. The aim of the project is to increase the 3 years survival rate of Roma and Sinti SME through intensifying the cooperation among these enterprises and between these enterprises and institutions as well as through improving their managerial skills and entrepreneurial competencies. We will start the project with a personal survey to identify the characteristics and expectations of Roma and Sinti entrepreneurs in order to enable collaborative institutions to improve their services accordingly. This survey will serve as a basis for the prepararation of the consultants as we really consider it important that the curriculum focuses on issues that are of interest to the entrepreneurs. The trained consultants will provide support to the entrepreneurs through individual coaching and mentoring if required. We will also offer group coaching workhops for the development of professional competencies. Roundtables and study trips to learn best practices will facilitate the exchange of experiences and the networking process. Furthermore, an innovative internet-based roma entrepreneur platform will be established and equipped with mobile applications. The Roma enterpreneur will have the opportunity to present their business here and also other relevant information will be uploaded to this platform.

Das Projektgebiet erstreckt sich in AT über das Burgenland und in HU im Komitat Zala. Die Zahl der Roma und Sinti in dieser Region ist beträchtlich und sie sind oft den negativen Konsequenzen von Diskriminierung ausgesetzt. Aus der Sicht unseres Projekts sind vor allem jene Roma und Sinti hervorzuheben, die sich in der Situation einer prekären Selbständigkeit befinden und zur wirtschaftlichen Stabilisierung Betreuung, fachliche Unterstützung und eine Entwicklung ihrer Kompetenzen benötigen. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Steigerung der Überlebensrate von Roma und Sinti KMU nach 3 Jahren. Dies soll durch Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit zw. KMU von Roma und Sinti sowie zw. diesen KMU und Institutionen sowie die Entwicklung der Management- und unternehmerischen Kompetenzen der Unternehmer erreicht werden. Es wird zunächst eine Erhebung durch persönliche Befragung mit Fragebögen zur Situation von Roma und Sinti Unternehmen in der Grenzregion durchgeführt. Das Ziel dieser Erhebung besteht darin, die Charakteristika und Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe besser kennenzulernen, sodass die zusammenarbeitenden Organisationen ihre Dienstleistungen dementsprechend weiterentwickeln können. Diese Erhebung wird als Basis für die Vorbereitung der Berater dienen. Damit möchten wir sicherstellen, dass die Inhalte jene Bereiche im Fokus haben, die die Unternehmen benötigen. Die Unternehmen werden im Rahmen von Einzelberatungen sowie bei Bedarf durch Mentoring von geschulten Beratern unterstützt. Daneben werden Gruppencoachings mit dem Ziel der Entwicklung von fachlichen Kompetenzen angeboten. Treffen am Runden Tisch und Exkursionen zum Kennenlernen von Best-Practice-Beispielen fördern die Intensivierung des Erfahrungsaustausches und die Vernetzung. Es wird zudem eine innovative, internetbasierte und mit mobilen Anwendungen ausgestattete Roma-Unternehmensplattform aufgebaut, wo Roma die Möglichkeit haben, ihre Unternehmen zu präsentieren. Daneben werden hier nützliche Informationen hochgeladen.

Description (HU):

A projektterület Ausztriában Burgenlandot, Magyarországon Zala megyét érinti. A roma és szinti lakosság száma jelentős a térségben, ők gyakran szembesülnek a hátrányos megkülönböztetés negatív hatásaival. Projektünk szempontjából közülük is kiemelendők azok a bizonytalan helyzetű vállalkozások, melyek bátorításra, szakmai támogatásra és kompetenciafejlesztésre szorulnak gazdasági stabilitásuk biztosítása érdekében. A projekt célja a roma és szinti KKV-k 3 éves túlélési rátájának növelése annak köszönhetően, hogy a projekt tevékenységeinek eredményeként javul a vállalkozások egymás közötti és intézményekkel közös együttműködési szintje, valamint fejlesztésre kerül a vállalkozások menedzsment képessége és vállalkozói kompetenciái. A projekt keretében egy személyes, kérdőíves felméréssel megvizsgáljuk a határtérség roma és szinti vállalkozóinak sajátosságait annak érdekében, hogy minél jobban megismerjük célcsoportunk jellemzőit, elvárásait, hiszen a projektben együttműködő szervezetek ennek alapján tudják szolgáltatásaikat fejleszteni. Ez a felmérés fogja az alapját képezni a tanácsadók felkészítésének, mivel fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a felkészítési tananyag leginkább azokra a fókuszterületekre irányuljon, amelyekre a vállalkozóknak szüksége van. A felkészített tanácsadók egyéni tanácsadások keretében – szükség esetén hosszabb távú mentorálással – segítik a vállalkozókat, továbbá csoportos coaching workshop-okat is szervezünk szakmai kompetenciafejlesztési céllal. A projektben részt vevők közötti tapasztalatcserét és hálózatosodást szolgálják a kerekasztal-találkozók és a szakmai tanulmányutak, melyek a jó gyakorlatok megismerését is biztosítják. Egy innovatív internetes és mobilapplikációs roma vállalkozói platform létrehozása és működtetése segíti, hogy a vállalkozást működtető romák megjelentessék vállalkozásukat, bemutathassák tevékenységüket, valamint feltöltésre kerülnek ide egyéb olyan információk is, melyek a vállalkozók számára hasznosak.
