Mensen met autisme leven in een onbegrijpelijke, onvoorspelbare en chaotische wereld. RESALIANCE is een grensoverschrijdend begeleidingsplatform voor mensen met autismespectrumstoornissen en voor de sensibilisering van hun omgeving om in het volledige grensgebied een concrete, positieve en innovatieve aanpak te verspreiden. De uitdaging voor de partners is een innovatief mechanisme te creëren voor de grensstreek om autistische mensen, hun familie en hun omgeving nieuwe tools en methoden aan te reiken die hun levenskwaliteit verbeteren door de welwillendheid vanwege de maatschappij te bevorderen. Het project draait rond drie sleutels: begrip, gedrag en overdracht. Elke sleutel wordt aangepast aan de autistische persoon (het hoofddoel), de eerste cirkel (zijn helpers) en de tweede cirkel (zijn omgeving). De ambitie is de toegang tot de diensten te vergemakkelijken en het complementaire karakter van onze competenties te versterken om zo een blijvend mechanisme te creëren dat het leven van mensen met autisme en hun omgeving zal veranderen.

Être autiste, c’est vivre dans un monde incompréhensible, imprévisible et chaotique. RESALIANCE est une plateforme transfrontalière d’accompagnement pour personnes atteintes de troubles du spectre autistique et de sensibilisation de leur environnement afin d’essaimer dans l’ensemble du territoire transfrontalier une approche concrète, positive et innovante. Le défi des partenaires est de créer un dispositif innovant sur le territoire transfrontalier pour apporter aux personnes autistes, leur famille et leur environnement de nouveaux outils et méthodes améliorant leur qualité de vie et favorisant davantage de bienveillance de la part de la société. Le projet s’articule autour de trois clés : la clé de compréhension, la clé de comportement, la clé de transmission. Chaque clé est adaptée à la personne autiste (cœur de cible), au premier cercle (ses aidants), et au deuxième cercle (son environnement). L’ambition affichée est celle de faciliter les accès aux services et de favoriser la complémentarité des compétences pour créer un dispositif pérenne qui changera la vie des personnes autistes et de leur entourage.

To be autistic is to live in an incomprehensible, unpredictable and chaotic world. RESALIANCE is a cross-border platform designed to support people with autism spectrum disorders and raise awareness of their environment in order to spread a concrete, positive and innovative approach throughout the cross-border territory. The challenge for the partners is to create an innovative system on the cross-border territory to provide autistic people, their families and their environment with new tools and methods that improve their quality of life and promote greater social goodwill. The project is based on three keys: the understanding key, the behaviour key and the transmission key. Each key is adapted to the person with autism (target group), the first circle (caregivers), and the second circle (environment). The stated ambition is to facilitate access to services and promote the complementarity of skills to create a sustainable system that will change the lives of people with autism and their families.

Expected Results (NL):

Het aantal rechtstreekse begunstigden van de verschillende acties, voorzien in het project, is 135 mensen met autisme, 390 mantelzorgers en 79 begeleiders. Het project zal onrechtstreeks bijna 1180 personen ten goede komen. Het project moet vier blijvende mechanismen creëren voor toegang tot de gezondheidszorg: een autismotheek, een samenwerkingshandvest, een model van kwalificerende opleiding voor de medisch-sociale begeleiders en een uitwisselingsplatform.

Expected Results (FR):

Le nombre de bénéficiaires directs des différentes actions prévues dans le projet s'élève à 135 personnes autistes, 390 aidants-proches et 79 accompagnants. Indirectement, ce chiffre est enrichi et atteint près de 1180 personnes. Le projet devrait créer 4 dispositifs pérennes d'accès aux services sanitaires : une autismothèque, une charte de collaboration, un modèle de formation qualifiante pour les accompagnants médicaux-sociaux et une plateforme d'échanges.

Expected Results (EN):

The number of direct beneficiaries of the various actions planned as part of the project is 135 people with autism, 390 caregivers and 79 support persons. Indirectly, this number is increased to nearly 1180 people. The project should create 4 sustainable access mechanisms to health services: an autism library, a collaboration charter, a qualifying training model for medical and social support workers and a platform for exchanges.

Expected Outputs (NL):

De medisch-sociale begeleiding van autistische mensen en hun levenskwaliteit en die van hun naasten verbeteren. De grensoverschrijdende meerwaarde ligt in het gebruiken en delen van goede praktijken, waaronder een beter begrip, wat de tewerkstelling van volwassenen en het onderwijs van kinderen bevordert en hun competenties beter helpt benutten. Het doel is de creatie van inhoud en methoden die ruim kunnen worden verspreid in de volledige grenszone.

Expected Outputs (FR):

Améliorer l'accompagnement médico-social des personnes autistes ainsi que leur qualité de vie et celle de leurs proches. La plus value transfrontalière résidera dans l'emploi et le partage des bonnes pratiques, dont une meilleure compréhension favorisant l'emploi de adultes et la scolarisation des enfants en valorisant leurs compétences. Le but est d'aboutir à la créatio de contenus et de méthodes qui pourront être diffusées largement dans l'ensemble de la zone transfrontalière.

Expected Outputs (EN):

Improve the medical and social support of people with autism as well as their quality of life and that of their loved ones. The cross-border added value will lie in employment and the sharing of good practices, including a better understanding that promotes adult employment and children's schooling by enhancing their skills. The aim is to create content and methods that can be widely disseminated throughout the cross-border area.
