Das 21. Jahrhundert wird voraussichtlich mit einem signifikanten Temperaturanstieg konfrontiert sein,der zu drastischen Veränderungen der Biodiversität im Programmgebiet führen wird, wodurch sich nicht nur die Natur-,sondern auch die Kulturlandschaft massiv verändert. Diese bildet jedoch die zentrale Existenzgrundlage für Landwirte, Tourismus und Gesellschaft der Projektregionen. Das gemeinsame Ziel ist der grenzübergreifende Erhalt der Biodiversität in den Projektregionen und in der Folge dafür ein „Handbuch & Aktionsplan Biodiversität“ zu erstellen. In diesem werden konkrete Maßnahmen, welche in den Pilotaktionen bearbeitet werden, dargestellt und evaluiert.Daraus folgend werden Lösungsvorschläge zum Erhalt der Biodiversität in den Projektregionen und über dieselben hinaus formuliert: Durch die geplanten Bildungsangebote im Kinder- und Jugendbereich sowie in der Erwachsenenbildungkommt es zu verstärkter Bewusstseinsbildung und Wertevermittlung für das Thema Biodiversität und für deren Beitrag zum Erhalt des Natur- und Kulturerbes.Durch das Projekt, im speziellen durch die Pilotaktionen, werden die regionalen Wirtschaftskreisläufe gestärkt, wovon verschiedenste Stakeholder insbesondere im Tourismus profitieren werden.Durch die Evaluierung der Pilotaktionen in den Projektgebieten können Lösungsansätze für pflegliche Landnutzungsformen auch in anderen Gebieten erstellt werden. Die Synergieentwicklung aller Projektinhalte liegt im Bereich der Grünlandnutzung, denn alle Projektpartner/innen verfügen über ein umfassendes Wissenund ein nachhaltiges Know-How bezüglich der Bewirtschaftung und des Erhalts dieser für die Biodiversität wichtigen Kulturlandschaften.

V 21. stoletju se bomo soočali z znatnim povišanjem temperatur, ki bo bistveno vplivalo na biotsko raznovrstnost programskega območja in spremembo tako naravne kot tudi kulturne krajine. Prav slednja pa predstavlja eksistencialno osnovo za kmetovalce, turizem in družbo vseh projektnih regij.Skupni cilj projekta je čezmejno ohranjanje biotske raznovrstnosti v projektnih regijah in priprava „Priročnika in akcijskega načrta za biotsko raznovrstnost“. Ta bo vseboval konkretne ukrepe, ki bodo obravnavani v okviru pilotnih akcij, ter nato tudi ustrezno predstavljeni in ovrednoteni. Sledila bo priprava predlogov rešitev za ohranjanje biotske raznovrstnosti v projektnih regijah in širše:Priprava izobraževalnih ponudb za otroke, mladino in programov izobraževanja odraslih bo prispevala k dvigu ozaveščenosti in širjenju vrednot na temo biotske pestrosti in ohranjanja naravne in kulturne dediščine.Projekt bo s predvidenimi pilotnimi akcijami krepil ekonomske krožne toke in s tem podpiral različne deležnike, predvsem v turizmu.Na podlagi ovrednotenja pilotnih akcij v projektnih območjih bo pripravljena zasnova rešitev za oblike vzdrževanja traviščnih površin tudi na drugih območjih.Sinergijski razvoj vseh projektnih vsebin je na področju rabe travišč, saj vsi projektni partnerji razpolagajo s širokim in trajnostnim znanjem o gospodarjenju in ohranjanju kulturne krajine, ki je bistvenega pomena za ohranjanje biotsko pestrosti.

A substantial rise in global temperature is expected to take place over the course of the 21st century, and with it, dramatic changes to biodiversity within the programme region that will seriously affect both the natural and the cultural landscape. The latter provides an important basis for the region's farmers, society and tourism. The main focus of the project is the common goal of maintaining biodiversity in the project and the creation of a handbook & action plan on the topic. The handbook will feature the illustration and evaluation of the concrete measures, adapted within the pilot actions. The conclusions for the preservation of biodiversity in the programme region will be the following: The planned educational content for children and adolescents as well as the andragogy will have a positive impact on a cross-border knowledge transfer on biodiversity and the conservation of natural as well as cultural heritage.Through the project, and especially because of the pilot actions, the regional economic cycles will be reinforced. This will have a positive effect on different stakeholders, above all on stakeholders from tourism.The evaluation of the pilot actions within the programme region leads to an exemplary presentation of solutions for careful land use, which may be used as guidlines for other regions. All project partners have chosen to focus on the utilization of grassland as they all share expertise on the management and preservation of such cultural landscapes so important for maintaining biodiversity.

Expected Outputs (DE):

Die Inhalte für das Handbuch und den Aktionsplan (HAB) liefern die Pilotaktionen (PA) der einzelnen Projektpartner_innen (PP). Der Fokus aller PP liegt dabei auf dem Beispiel der Grünlandnutzung, denn alle PP verfügen über Wissen bezogen auf die Bewirtschaftung und den Erhalt dieser für die Biodiversität wichtigen Kulturlandschaften. In einem ausgearbeiteten HAB sollen die während des Projektes durchgeführten PA evaluiert werden und mit Lösungsansätzen exemplarisch dargestellt werden. Die Entwicklung von neuen Naturvermittlungsangeboten und Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten trägt zu einem erhöhten Bewusstsein für die Erhaltung von Biodiversität bei und steigert gleichzeitig die Übernachtungszahlen in den Projektregionen, denn Touristen schätzen reich strukturierte Landschaften. Die wichtigsten Motive eine Region zu besuchen und dort zu übernachten ist das besondere Natur-und Kulturerbe (inkl. Kulturlandschaften), welches nur durch biodiversitätserhaltende Maßnahmen bestehen bleiben kann.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Vsebina priročnika in akcijskega načrta bo pripravljena na podlagi pilotnih akcij posameznih partnerjev (PP). PP se bodo pri tem osredotočali predvsem na primer rabe travišč, saj vsi razpolagajo z znanjem o upravljanju in ohranjanju te za biotsko raznovrstnost tako pomembne kulturne krajine. Izdelani priročnik in akcijski načrt bosta ovrednotila pilotne akcije projekta in na primerih predstavila nastavke rešitev. Razvoj novih ponudb na področju naravovarstvene vzgoje in izobraževanja ter novih tržnih možnosti bo prispeval k dvigu ozaveščenosti o ohranjanju biotske raznovrstnosti in hkrati k povečanju nočitev v projektnih regijah. Turisti namreč iščejo in cenijo bogato strukturirano pokrajino. Glavni motivi za obisk in prenočitev v določeni regiji so edinstvena naravna in kulturna dediščina (vključno z kulturno krajino), ki pa bo kot takšna obstajala le z ustreznimi ukrepi za ohranjanje biotske raznovrstnosti.
