Nell’ottica della strategia "Crescita blu" dell’UE, EcoSTRIM affronta le sfide del settore del turismo costiero e marittimo per l’area di cooperazione, in maniera congiunta. EcoSTRIM ha per obiettivo di migliorare le capacità degli operatori ad attrarre turisti non residenti nell’area di Programma. I suoi tre obiettivi specifici sono: - superare la frammentazione del settore che rende difficile il coordinamento degli operatori verso una strategia di crescita blu e verde, transfrontaliera e transregionale; -sfruttare le potenzialità del turismo, anche fuori stagione, basandosi sull'innovazione e sulla sostenibilità dell’offerta; -potenziare l'accessibilità dei prodotti già esistenti per rendere le offerte più competitive. In maniera generale, EcoSTRIM migliorerà la competitività delle imprese della filiera del turismo blu, sui mercati nazionali e internazionali, grazie ad un coordinamento dei gruppi target verso una strategia transfrontaliera di differenziazione e di promozione di offerte innovative, sostenibili e per tutti. I beneficiari diretti o indiretti sono le imprese del settore tra le quali operatori di centri diving, whale-watching, pescaturismo, di sport nautici, compagnie di trasporto passeggeri. Il progetto avrà ricadute anche su comuni e amministrazioni territoriali per le loro politiche ambientali e per la filiera turistica, enti gestori dei siti protetti, associazioni di educazione ambientale, centri di ricerca specializzati per la salvaguardia del mare e i cittadini dell’area per la crescita sociale. Le parole chiave che descrivono l’approccio e il carattere innovativo del progetto sono: ecoturismo, e-turismo, accessibilità a tutti, accessibilità eco-sostenibile, partecipazione degli operatori allo sviluppo di una strategia transfrontaliera, promozione, competitività. Il progetto capitalizza e sviluppa quanto di buono fatto sul tema nelle precedenti Programmazioni per rendere i piani di azioni congiunti più efficaci.

Description (EN):

In line with the EU's "Blue Growth" strategy, this project tackles the common challenges of the coastal and maritime tourism sector of the cooperation area. The project aims to improve the ability of operators to attract non-resident tourists to the Programme area. Its three specific objectives are as follows: - overcoming the fragmentation of the sector, which makes it difficult for operators to coordinate on a blue and green, cross-border and trans-regional growth strategy; - exploiting the potential of tourism, even out of season, based on innovation and sustainability; - making existing products more accessible for more competitive offers. EcoSTRIM will improve the general competitiveness of companies in the blue tourism sector on national and international markets, thanks to the coordination of the target groups towards a cross-border strategy of differentiation and promotion of innovative and sustainable offers for everyone. The direct or indirect beneficiaries will be the companies of the sector, including diving centres, whale-watching, fishing tourism, water sports and passenger transport. The project will also affect municipalities and provincial administrations as far as their environmental policies and tourism supply chain, managers of protected sites, environmental education associations, specialised sea protection research centres and local social growth. The keywords that describe the approach and innovative character of the project are ecotourism, e-tourism, accessibility for everyone, eco-sustainable accessibility, participation of operators in the development of a cross-border strategy, promotion and competitiveness. The project capitalises on and develops the good things done by the previous Programme to make joint action plans more effective.

Dans le cadre de la stratégie «croissance bleue» de l'UE, EcoSTRIM fait face conjointement aux défis du secteur du tourisme côtier et maritime dans la zone de coopération. Il a pour objectif d'améliorer la capacité des opérateurs à attirer les touristes non résidents dans la zone de programme. Ses trois objectifs spécifiques sont: -remédier à la fragmentation du secteur, rendant difficile la coordination des opérateurs, en vue d'une stratégie de croissance bleue et verte transfrontalière et inter-régional; -exploiter les potentiels du tourisme même hors saison, en se basant sur l'innovation et la durabilité des offres; améliorer l'accessibilité des produits existants pour rendre ceux-ci plus compétitifs. En général, EcoSTRIM améliorera la compétitivité des entreprises de la filière du tourisme bleu, sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux, grâce à une coordination des groupes cibles vers une stratégie transfrontalière de la différenciation et la promotion des offres innovantes, durables et pour tous. Les bénéficiaires directs ou indirects sont les entreprises du secteur tels que les opérateurs de centres de plongée, de whale-watching, de pêche-promenade, de sports nautiques, les sociétés de transport de passagers. Le projet aura également des répercussions sur administrations territoriales, gestionnaires de sites protégés, associations d’éducation environnementale, centres de recherche spécialisés sur l’environnement marin et sur citoyens de la région pour la croissance sociale. Les mots clés qui décrivent l'approche et le caractère innovant du projet sont: l’écotourisme, l’e-tourisme, l'accessibilité à tous, l'accessibilité eco-durable, la participation des opérateurs dans le développement d’une stratégie transfrontalière, la promotion, la compétitivité. Le projet capitalise et développe les bonnes pratiques déjà réalisées sur le thème dans la Programmation précédente rendre les plans d’actions conjoints efficaces.
