Description (EN):

This project pursues the improved efficiency of cross-border connections for secondary and tertiary port nodes in the cooperation area to facilitate the intermodal mobility of goods and people and connect to the TEN-T networks, coherently with the GoSmartMed, Circumvectio and GEECCTT Iles projects. The current fragmentation of the area's transport system hurts accessibility and logistics costs, resulting in less competitiveness. To face this challenge, EasyLog designs, develops and implements an innovative ICT system for optimised management of information and procedural flows among the operators of the cross-border port supply chain. The general objective is to improve the mobility of rolling stock between cross-border regions. Exploiting ICT technologies will increase the performance of the multimodal transport chain and the global quality of services rendered by the port nodes of the partner regions and make the connections to the TEN-T networks more efficient. EasyLog uses advanced and integrated technological equipment to support the needs of intermodal port transport operators and optimise communications and operations. The system will be tested on 5 ports and 5 existing lines to assess its real applicability. The beneficiaries will be carriers, port operators, freight companies, public administrations and the areas in general due to the higher possibility for growth afforded by the improved production performance of the transport system. The partnership will be working in a participatory and coordinated way to implement a shared intelligent cross-border traffic management system that will improve the logistics and maritime transport chains in the cooperation area and overcome the limits of the current fragmentation.

Easylog vise l’amelioration des connexions transfrontalières des nœuds portuaires secondaires et tertiaires de la zone de coopération afin de favoriser la mobilité intermodale des marchandises et des personnes et renforcer les connexions aux réseaux TEN-T, en ligne avec les projets GoSmartMed,Circumvectio,GEECCTT Iles. La fragmentation actuelle du système de transport de la zone, influe sur l’accessibilité territoriale et détermine un cout logistique qui se traduit par une moins bonne compétitivité. Pour affronter un tel défi Easylog définit,développe un système ICT innovant pour une gestion optimisée des flux d’information et procéduraux entre les opérateurs de la filière logistique portuaire transfrontalière. L’objectif général est d’améliorer la mobilité des marchandises entre les régions de la zone en bénéficiant des technologies ICT pour améliorer les prestations de la chaine de transport multimodale et la qualité globale des services rendus par les nœuds portuaires des régions partenaires,dans l’optique de rendre plus efficaces les connexions transfrontalières avec les réseaux TEN-T. Easylog bénéficie d’une technologie avancée et intégrée pour supporter les exigences des opérateurs de la chaine intermodale de transport opérant en milieu portuaire,pour optimiser les aspects informatifs et opératifs:le système sera testé sur 5 ports et 5 lignes existantes pour évaluer son applicabilité. Les bénéficiaires sont les transporteurs,les opérateurs portuaires,les entreprises qui envoient les marchandises,PA et les territoires en général grâce à des possibilités plus importantes de croissance dérivant de l’amélioration de la performance productive du système de transport.Le partenariat travaille de manière participative afin de mettre en place un système commun pour la gestion intelligente du trafic transfrontalier capable d’améliorer la chaine logistiqueet le transport maritime de la zone de coopération et de dépasser les limites de la fragmentation actuelle.

EasyLog persegue il miglioramento dell’efficienza delle connessioni transfrontaliere dei nodi portuali secondari e terziari delle regioni dell’area di cooperazione per agevolare la mobilità intermodale di merci e persone, nell'ottica dei collegamenti alle reti TEN-T, coerentemente con i progetti GoSmartMed,Circumvectio e GEECCTT Iles. L'attuale frammentazione del sistema dei trasporti dell’area,impatta sull’accessibilità territoriale e determina un aggravio dei costi logistici che si riflette in un minor livello di competitività.Per affrontare la sfida individuata,EasyLog disegna,sviluppa e implementa un innovativo sistema ICT per la gestione ottimizzata dei flussi informativi e procedurali fra gli operatori della filiera logistica portuale transfrontaliera.Obiettivo generale è contribuire a migliorare la mobilità delle merci rotabili tra le regioni transfrontaliere sfruttando le tecnologie ICT per incrementare le prestazioni della catena di trasporto multimodale e la qualità globale dei servizi resi dai nodi portuali delle regioni partner in ottica di efficientamento delle connessioni alle reti TEN-T.EasyLog utilizza apparati tecnologici avanzati ed integrati per supportare le esigenze degli operatori della catena intermodale di trasporto operanti in ambito portuale nell’ottimizzare sia gli aspetti informativi che operativi:il sistema sarà testato su 5 porti e 5 linee esistenti per valutarne la reale applicabilità. Beneficiari sono trasportatori,operatori portuali, aziende che inviano merci, PA, nonché i territori in genere grazie alle aumentate possibilità di crescita derivanti dal miglioramento delle performance produttive del sistema di trasporto.Il partenariato lavora in modo partecipato e coordinato al fine di implementare un sistema comune per la gestione intelligente del traffico transfrontaliero in grado di migliorare la catena logistica e del trasporto marittimo nell’area di cooperazione e superare i limiti dell'attuale frammentazione.

Achievements (EN):

The project is coming to an end: The 5 Easylog ports (Bastia, Livorno, Olbia, Portoferraio, Savona) have carried out the project implementation of their automated portals according to the CIREM and Cieli techniques defined by the two partners, based on the conclusions of the analyses and studies carried out in the first step part of the project and experiments with the new EasyLog system will be completed in the 5 port areas. In recent months, a number of activities and training initiatives have been carried out aimed at operators of the various project partners proposed to improve the logistics and port sector in the cross-border sector. The final conference of the project, which took place on 26 May 2021, offered the opportunity to introduce it to a broad audience and to spread a large number of actors in the port world.
