This project addresses the challenge of converting sustainable marine and tourism supply chains to circular economy models. In addition to being an environmental priority, the transition to CE models is an excellent opportunity for creating employment for the entire cross-border area. The general objective is to support the creation of new jobs by setting up a network of support services for the development of new skills and the promotion of self-employment. The main outcomes of the project will be an analysis of cross-border employment needs, both in terms of skills and services, and a corporate self-assessment model. Based on these, specific tutoring and coaching service kits will be designed to make up for the lack of skills found throughout the value chain, such as eco-design, product marketing and recycled, reused and second-life materials. 5 experimental temporary work centres (one for each region) will open around these services. Each work centre will be designed as a place to meet and exchange ideas and the supply and demand of skills. The first beneficiaries of these outcomes will be businesses, employment centres, professional service companies and institutions. Lastly, those seeking employment who wish to acquire new skills will also benefit, especially young people. The cross-border approach will make it possible to offer flexible services specialised according to needs and provided in an integrated way by a set of competent professionals, especially for SMEs. The services will also be available through an online virtual marketplace. Thanks to the temporary work centres, services can be updated continuously based on the demand from companies.

Il progetto affronta la sfida della conversione delle filiere della nautica e del turismo sostenibili verso modelli di economia circolare. Il passaggio a modelli di e. c., oltre che priorità ambientale, è al contempo una grande opportunità di creazione di occupazione per tutta l’area transfrontaliera. Obiettivo generale è sostenere la creazione di nuova occupazione attraverso l’attivazione di una rete di servizi di accompagnamento per lo sviluppo di nuove professionalità e la promozione dell’autoimprenditorialità. Output principali del progetto saranno: un’analisi del fabbisogno occupazionale transfrontaliero, sia in termini di competenze che di servizi, e un modello di autovalutazione aziendale; sulla base di essi saranno quindi progettati kit di servizi specifici di tutoring e coaching mirati a colmare le carenze di competenze emerse lungo tutta la catena del valore dall'eco-design fino alla immissione sul mercato dei prodotti, al riciclo e riuso di materiali e seconda vita; intorno a tali servizi, saranno aperti 5 cantieri occupazionali sperimentali (uno per ogni regione). Ogni cantiere occupazionale sarà concepito come un luogo di incontro e contaminazione, punto di incontro tra domanda e offerta di competenze. Beneficiari primi degli output saranno: imprese, centri per l'impiego, società di servizi per l'accompagnamento professionale, istituzioni. Beneficiari ultimi le persone in cerca di occupazione che intendono acquisire nuove professionalità, tra questi in particolare giovani. L'approccio transfrontaliero consentirà di offrire servizi specializzati e flessibili in funzione delle esigenze, resi in modo integrato tra più soggetti competenti e che interesseranno in particolare le PMI. La fruizione dei servizi potrà avvenire anche mediante un marketplace virtuale reso disponibile su apposita piattaforma web. Grazie ai cantieri occupazionali i servizi stessi potranno essere aggiornati continuamente e in relazione alla domanda delle imprese.
