Description (EN):

Following the In.Vi.Tra project (1st announcement), this project intends to carry out exchanges of students/graduates for joint profiles meeting the needs of cooperative enterprises belonging to cross-border priority supply chains. The objective is to share services and models promoting cross-border labour market integration and student employment mobility, particularly within cooperative enterprises, by acquiring valid technical, professional and managerial skills. The primary project outcomes are the following: - action models and tools; a network of public and private entities that will ensure greater effectiveness for future exchanges, allowing beneficiaries to take better advantage of opportunities for entering the cross-border employment market; - exchange of 12 students (6 FR/6 IT) in the cooperation area, including an entrepreneurial preparation course and company internships to improve their skills. The exchanges will be organised, managed and implemented with the application of action models and methods defined and tested within the project, through which consolidated cross-border partnership networks will meet the needs of adapting the resources and skills of the transnational professional profiles. The innovative aspect of the project lies in the specific connotation of the initiatives within the cooperation sector, including professional, cultural and managerial skills.

Le projet, qui trouve une continuité avec le projet In.Vi.Tra. (Avis I) entends procéder à des échanges d'étudiants / diplômés pour developper des profils communs liés aux besoins des entreprises dans les secteurs prioritaires transfrontaliers, avec spécifique reference aux domaines et secteurs d'intervention les plus touchés par la présence d'entreprises coopératives.L'objectif est d'activer des services et des modèles partagés susceptibles de favoriser l'intégration du marché de l'emploi transfrontalier et la mobilité des étudiants souhaitant initier des parcours de travail, notamment au sein des entreprises coopératives, par l'acquisition et validation des compétences techniques, professionnelles et de gestion. Les principaux résultats du projet sont: 1)modèles d'intervention et outils; le réseau d'entités publiques et privées créé, qui assureront une plus grande efficacité dans les échanges futurs, permettant aux bénéficiaires de mieux tirer parti des opportunités d'entrer sur le marché du travail transfrontalier; 2)le paquet d'échange de 12 étudiants (6 FR / 6 IT) dans la zone de coopération, avec une voie de préparation pour le système entrepreneurial et des stages en entreprise qui renforceront leurs compétences. L'organisation, la gestion et la mise en œuvre des échanges seront soutenues par l'application de modèles et de méthodes d'intervention, définis et testés dans le projet, à travers lesquels il sera possible de créer et consolider des réseaux de partenariat transfrontaliers capables de répondre aux besoins de mise à niveau des ressources et des compétences professionnelles qui émergent dans les échanges entre les profils transnationaux identifiés.L'aspect innovant du projet réside dans la connotation spécifique que les initiatives trouvent dans le champ de la coopération,en declinant les competences professionnelles aussi sur les aspects culturels et de gestion.

Description (IT):

Il progetto,che trova continuità con il progetto In.Vi.Tra. (avviso I), in relazione a quanto indicato nel presente avviso, intende realizzare scambi di studenti/neodiplomati per profili congiunti legati ai bisogni delle imprese delle filiere prioritarie transfrontaliere, con specifica declinazione verso gli ambiti ed i settori di intervento maggiormente interessati dalla presenza di imprese cooperative. L’obiettivo è quello di attivare servizi e modelli condivisi che possano favorire l’integrazione del mercato dell’occupazione transfrontaliero e la mobilità degli studenti che intendono avviare percorsi di inserimento lavorativo, in particolare all’interno di imprese cooperative, attraverso l’acquisizione e la validazione di competenze di carattere tecnico, professionale e gestionale. I principali output di progetto sono: - modelli e strumenti di intervento; la rete di soggetti pubblici e privati creati, che garantiranno maggiore efficacia ai futuri scambio, consentendo ai beneficiari di cogliere al meglio le opportunità di inserimento nel mercato dell’occupazione transfrontaliero; - il pacchetto di scambi di 12 studenti (6 FR/6 IT) nella zona di cooperazione, con un percorso di preparazione al sistema imprenditoriale e di stage aziendali che ne rafforzeranno le skills. L’organizzazione, la gestione e la realizzazione degli scambi sarà confortata dall’applicazione di modelli e metodologie di intervento, definite e sperimentate nell’ambito del progetto, attraverso i quali si potranno creare e consolidare reti di partenariato transfrontaliere in grado di rispondere alle esigenze di adeguamento delle risorse e degli skills professionali, che emergono negli scambi tra i profili transnazionali individuati. L’aspetto innovativo del progetto risiede nella specifica connotazione che le iniziative trovano nell’ambito del settore della cooperazione declinando, necessariamente, le competenze professionali, anche su aspetti culturali e gestionali.

The project IN.VI.TRA Jeunes, Improving and developing skills for placement in the cross-border cooperative sector, supported by the INTERREG Italy France Maritime programme, has developed a programme of 12 mobilities. 12 Italian and French students were welcomed by 13 companies who made themselves available to welcome, guide and accompany them through 8-week missions.

Le projet IN.VI.TRA Jeunes, Amélioration et développement des compétences pour le placement dans le secteur coopératif transfrontalier, soutenu par le programme INTERREG Italie France Maritime, a développé un programme de 12 mobilités. 12 étudiants italiens et français ont été accueillis par 13 entreprises qui se sont rendues disponibles pour les accueillir, les guider et les accompagner à travers des missions de 8 semaines.
