Description (EN):

The project is a joint cross-border initiative of PL and LT institutions. Partners will challenge the social exclusion and poverty in the PL-LT border area by increasing access to sport and integration activities and increasing knowledge about the role of healthy lifestyle and social inclusion among children and youth. This goal will be achieved through the implementation of a joint program to promote healthy lifestyles consisting of comprehensive activities (school meetings, cross-border sports academy, sports camps, etc.). The strategic activities of the project, addressed directly to children and adolescents (8-16), will be implemented in close cooperation with NGOs from Poland and Lithuania. Their involvement in the project will be crucial. Main activities of the project: creating a Cross-border Centre of Healthy Lifestyle Promotion for Children and Youth, cycle of sport, education and integration events, etc. Main results: promotion of healthy lifestyle, social integration and above all, the awareness of both children and youth but also of the whole society about the role of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and social integration.

Projektas yra bendra pasienio iniciatyva PL ir LT instituciju. Partneriai kovos u socialinę atskirtį ir skurdą PL-LT pasienio, didinant prieigą prie sporto ir integracijos veiklą ir didinant žinias apie sveikos gyvensenos ir socialinės įtraukties tarp vaikų ir jaunimo vaidmenį. Šis tikslas bus pasiektas per bendrą programos įgyvendinimą skatinti sveiką gyvenseną, kurią sudaro išsamių veiklos (susirinkimai, sporto akademija, sporto stovyklos, ir tt). Strateginiai projekto veiklos, skirtos tiesiogiai vaikams ir paaugliams (8-16), bus įgyvendinama glaudžiai bendradarbiaujant su NVO iš PL ir LT. Jų dalyvavimas projekte bus labai svarbus. Pagrindinės projekto veiklos: sukurti centrą sveikos gyvensenos skatinimo, švietimo ir integracijos renginiai, ir tt. Pagrindiniai rezultatai: sveikos gyvensenos, socialinės integracijos skatinimas.

Description (PL):

Projekt stanowi wspólną transgraniczną inicjatywę instytucji z PL i LT. Partnerzy podejmą wyzwanie w zakresie zmniejszenia wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa na obszarze PL-LT przygranicza poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do działań sportowych i integracyjnych oraz zwiększenia wiedzy na temat roli zdrowego trybu życia i integracji społecznej wśród dzieci i młodzieży. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez wdrożenie wspólnego programu promocji zdrowego trybu życia składającego się z kompleksowych działań (spotkania w szkołach, transgraniczna akademia sportu, obozy sportowe itp.). Działania strategiczne projektu, skierowane bezpośrednio do dzieci i młodzieży (8-16), będą wdrażane w ścisłej współpracy z NGO z Polski i Litwy. Ich zaangażowanie w projekt będzie miało kluczowe znaczenie, Główne działania projektu: utworzenie transgranicznego centrum promocji zdrowego trybu życia dla dzieci i młodzieży, cykl imprez sportowo edukacyjno integracyjnych itp. Główne rezultaty: promocja zdrowego trybu życia, integracja społeczna a przede wszystkim zwiększenie świadomości zarówno dzieci i młodzieży ale również całego społeczeństwa o roli aktywności fizycznej, zdrowego trybu życia i integracji społecznej.

Achievements (EN):

Project contributed to promotion of healthy lifestyles consisting of comprehensive activities (10 education meetings in schools, 1 cross-border sports academy, 2 sports camps). Also set of furniture and equipment for Cross-border Centre of Healthy Lifestyle Promotion for Children and Youth, 1 set of PC, 2 sets kayaks, 6 pieces of windsurfing SUP Air acquired.
