Description (EN):

Main objective of the project: enhancing the institutional capacity of public stakeholders (Voivodeship Hospital in Suwałki, Hospital in Mariampole and Alytus District Hospital) by increasing of cross-border cooperation of the health care institutions to develop better quality public healthcare services. The project is focused on supporting effectiveness and efficiency of Partner Hospitals in the Polish-Lithuanian borderland region through implementation of innovative management policy called "lean management" – Lean Healthcare. Main project activities: kick-off conference in Suwałki, closing conference in Alytus, Lean Healthcare w theory – cycle of trainings and workshops about philosophy of lean management in healthcare, Lean Healthcare in practice – purchase of medical equipment and devices, workshops „Academy of Lean Healthcare Leaders on Polish-Lithuanian borderland”. Expected results: 3 public healthcare institutions benefiting from cross-border cooperation through the improvement of management processes as a result of the implementation for the good and health security of the inhabitants of the Polish-Lithuanian borderland of an innovative management method in healthcare - Lean Healthcare. Main expected outputs: 3 institutions involved in CB cooperation, 324 persons having participated in joint trainings or exchange of staff, 10 organized events (444 participants), 42 pcs. of purchased medical equipment. Total planned project budget: 903 956,5 EUR

Celem głównym projektu jest wzmocnienie zdolności instytucjonalnych instytucji publicznych (Szpital Wojewódzki w Suwałkach w Suwałkach, Szpital w Mariampolu oraz Szpital Okręgowy im. S. Kudirki w Olicie ) poprzez zwiększenie współpracy transgranicznej instytucji ochrony zdrowia w celu zaoferowania lepszej jakości publicznych usług opieki zdrowotnej. Projekt jest zorientowany na wspieranie skuteczności i efektywności partnerskich szpitali na pograniczu polsko-litewskim poprzez wdrożenie innowacyjnej polityki zarządzania „lean management” – Lean Healthcare. Główne wydarzenia: konferencja otwierająca w Suwałkach, konferencja zamykająca w Olicie, Lean Healthcare w teorii - cykl szkoleń i warsztatów nt. filozofii lean management w ochronie zdrowia, Lean Healthcare w praktyce – zakup sprzętu i aparatury medycznej, warsztaty „Akademia Liderów Lean Healthcare w obszarze przygranicza polsko-litewskiego”. Zakładane rezultaty: 3 publiczne instytucje ochrony zdrowia czerpiące korzyści ze współpracy transgranicznej poprzez poprawę procesów zarządczych w wyniku wdrożenia dla dobra i bezpieczeństwa zdrowotnego mieszkańców region przygranicza polsko-litewskiego innowacyjnej metody zarządzania w ochronie zdrowia – Lean Healthcare. Podstawowe zakładane produkty: 3 instytucje zaangażowane we współpracę transgraniczną, 324 osoby uczestniczące we wspólnych szkoleniach i wymianach, 10 zorganizowanych imprez (444 uczestników). Planowany łączny budżet projektu: 903 956,5 EUR

Pagrindinis projekto tikslas – stiprinimas viešųjų įstaigų institucinius gebėjimus (viešojojo sektoriaus subjektai- savivaldos administracijų įsteigtos viešosios gydymo įstaigos - Suvalkų ligoninė, Marijampolės ligoninė, Alytaus apskrities ligoninė), plečiant pasienio sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų bendradarbiavimą ir siekiant geresnės teikiamų sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybės. Projektas yra nukreiptas remti partnerių- LT-PL pasienio regiono ligoninių-veiklos veiksmingumą ir efektyvumą, įgyvendinant inovatyvią valdymo politiką, taip vadinamą „lean management” - Lean Healthcare. Pagrindinės projekto veiklos: projekto atidarymo konferencija Suvalkuose, Lenkija; uždarymo konferencija Alytuje, Lietuva; Lean Healthcare teorija- mokymų ir seminarų ciklas apie lean management filosofiją sveikatos apsaugos srityje; Lean Healthcare praktikoje-medicinos irangos pirkimas, mokymai „Lean Healthcare lyderių Akademija Lenkijos-Lietuvos pasienio regione”. Laukiami rezultatai: 3 viešosios įstaigos, gavusios naudos iš tarptautinio bendradarbiavimo, tobulinant valdymo procesus ir įgyvendinant inovatyvius sveikatos apsaugos valdymo metodus, skirtus LT-PL pasienio regiono gyventojų gerovei ir sveikatos priežiūrai-Lean Healthcare Pagrindiniai laukiami rezultatai: 3 įstaigos įtrauktos į bendradarbiavimą per sieną; 324 asmenys dalyvavę bendruose mokymuose ir mainuose; 10 organizuotų renginių (444 renginių dalyvių), 42 vnt. medicinos irangos. Bendras planuojamas projekto budžetas: 903 956,5 EUR.

Achievements (EN):

3 public healthcare institutions benefited from cross-border cooperation through the improvement of management processes as a result of the implementation for the good and health security of the inhabitants of the Polish-Lithuanian borderland of an innovative management method in healthcare - Lean Healthcare. Within the project, 10 joint events (trainings and workshops) were organized and medical equipment was purchased (LB-30, B2-10, B3-2).
