Das Projekt "Grenzübergreifendes Netzwerk für Naturpädagogik und Naturschutz" fördert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den in ihrer Region führenden Umweltbildungseinrichtungen: natopia und Naturerlebniszentrum Allgäu (NEZ). Die vorliegende Zusammenarbeit wird für die kommenden Jahre intensiviert. Damit verbunden findet ein überregionaler und mit der europäischen Naturschutzidee (Natura 2000) verknüpfter Austausch von Know-how, Materialien und Methoden, aber auch auf Personenebene (NaturppädagogInnen und Organisation) statt. Als Folge wird der Qualitätfaktor der Umweltbildung in den Projektregionen gestärkt und Standards für die Umsetzung im Bildungsbereich aber auch Tourismus gesetzt. Im vorliegenden Projekt wird als gemeinsamer Inhalt eine Ausbildungsmaßnahme konzipiert, geplant und durchgeführt. Diese Ausbildung wird 3-stufig mit Modulen für Einsteiger, Fortgeschrittene und Spezialisten der Naturpädagogik angelegt und kann daher in weiteren Jahren auch nach Bedarf ein Einzelmodulen angeboten werden. Im vorliegenden Pilotkurs werden in erster Linie Neu-Einsteiger in die Naturpädagogik angesprochen. Dadurch wird der Bestand der Naturpädagogen erneuert und auch eine gemeinsame Basis für die Zukunft gelegt. Die Praxis der letzten 20 Jahre hat gezeigt, dass vor allem Personen ab etwa 40 Jahren dauerhaft in der Naturpädagogik tätig bleiben, während junge UNI-Abgänger oft rasch einen anderen Beruf wählen und so dem Gesamtpool nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Der naturkundlich inhaltliche Schwerpunkt der Bildungsmaßnahme zentriert sich um das Thema "Natura 2000" als das zukunftsbringende Element der gemeinsamen Naturpädagogik - das europäische Naturerbe. Neben den Projektpartnern werden die großen Naturschutzverbände (BUND und Naturschutzbund Österreich) sowie die Inatura (Dornbirn) das Projekt begleiten und mit ihren Möglichkeiten unterstützen. Dadurch wird eine hohe Wertigkeit und Öffentlichkeitswirksamkeit der Ausbildung angestrebt.

Description (EN):

The project “cross-border network for nature education and nature conservation” promotes cooperation between the leading environmental education institutions in their region: natopia and Nature Experience Center Allgäu (NEZ). This cooperation will be intensified for the coming years. This involves an exchange of know-how, materials and methods linked to the European nature conservation idea (Natura 2000), but also at people level (natural pedagogues and organisation). As a result, the quality factor of environmental education in the project regions is strengthened and standards for implementation in education as well as tourism are set. In this project, a training measure is designed, planned and implemented as a common content. This training is set up in three stages with modules for beginners, advanced and specialists in natural education and can therefore be offered a single module in further years as required. This pilot course primarily addresses newcomers to nature pedagogy. This renews the existence of nature pedagogues and also lays a common foundation for the future. The practice of the last 20 years has shown that people over the age of 40 remain permanently active in nature education, while young UNI graduates often quickly choose another profession and are thus no longer available to the overall pool. The nature-related focus of the educational action is centered around the topic of “Natura 2000” as the future-oriented element of common nature education — the European natural heritage. In addition to the project partners, the large nature conservation associations (BUND and Nature Conservation Federation Austria) as well as the Inatura (Dornbirn) will accompany and support the project with their possibilities. As a result, a high value and publicity of the training is sought.

Expected Results (DE): EI 7 - Kooperationsintensität - gemessen am Anteil derjenigen, die grenzüberschreitende Kooperationen als zumindest überdurchschnittlich bewerten (in % der gesamten Bewertung)

Expected Outputs (DE): Jährlich über 30.000 Teilnehmer an den Bildungsmaßnahmen von Natopia und NEZ nehmen die Synergien der grenzübergreifenden Kooperation wahr. Die grenzübergreifende Weiterbildung wird von den großen Umweltverbänden (ca. 400.000 Mitglieder) kommuniziert.
