Einerseits sind die Prävalenzraten der Alzheimer-Krankheit und des Post-Traumatischen Stress-Syndroms (PTSD) in dem Gebiet von Nordwesteuropa (1,31% und 2,1%) im Vergleich zu anderen europäischen Ländern hoch (0,95% und 1,73%). Innerhalb beider psychischer Erkrankungen ist die Bekämpfung der Angst der Betroffenen eine der wichtigsten Herausforderungen für Pflegekräfte und Familien. In diesem Zusammenhang soll es darum gehen, dass die Betroffenen besser auf die Behandlungen reagieren und die Arbeitsbedingungen der Fachkräfte verbessert werden. Auf der anderen Seite stellt die aktuelle Entwicklung innovativer Instrumente eine Chance zur Bewältigung von Angstzuständen dar und diese sollten im Bereich der psychischen Gesundheit besser integriert werden. Der kulturelle Aspekt des digitalen Wandels für die psychiatrischen Fachkräfte und die Notwendigkeit der gemeinsamen Einwicklung von Interventionen, welche alle Interessengruppen einbezieht, sind hier die Hauptfragen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, innovative Werkzeuge besser in die Praxis zu integrieren, indem eine Studie über die Bedürfnisse aller involvierter Parteien erstellt wird, die gemeinsame Entwicklung von Lösungen unterstützt wird und die Kompetenz der Fachkräfte und Betroffenen entwickelt werden. Die gemeinsamen Anstrengungen sollen Start-ups, IT-Unternehmen, Einrichtungen für psychische Gesundheit, Forschungszentren und Regierungsbehörden umfassen. Am Ende des Projekts werden 15 Start-ups unterstützt, 3 Arbeitsplätze / Start-ups werden geschaffen, welche etwa 50 Arbeitsplätzen entsprechen, 10 innovative Produkte werden von den verschiedenen Interessengruppen validiert und vor Ort implementiert. Außerdem werden 10 kreative, innovative Lösungen validiert, 1 Stellenprofil für einen eMental Health-Referenten wird erstellt, 3000 Nutzer, welche von Alzheimer oder PTSD betroffen sind, werden von den innovativen Instrumenten profitieren und 1000 Experten für psychische Gesundheit werden geschult.

On one hand, the prevalence of the Alzheimer's disease and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is high on the NWE territory (1,31% and 2,1%) compared to the rest of Europe (0,95% and 1,73%). In both mental health conditions, managing the anxiety of the users is one of the most crucial challenges for caregivers and families. The issue is for the mental health users to better respond to the treatments and for the professionals to improve their work conditions. On the other hand, the current development of innovative tools represent an opportunity to manage anxiety and should be better implemented within the mental health sector. The cultural aspect of the digital shift for the mental health professionals and the need for co-construction of the tools between the stakeholders are the main issues here. The objective of the project is to reinforce blended therapy and integrate validated innovative tools in the practices by delivering a study about the needs of the different stakeholders, supporting the co-creation and the development of innovative solutions to be implemented into the field and developing the skills of the users and professionals. This joint effort includes start-ups, IT companies, mental health institutions, research centers and public authorities. At the end of the project, 15 start-ups will be supported, 3 jobs/start-ups involved will be created which represents around 50 jobs, 10 innovative products will be validated by the different stakeholders and implemented on the field, 10 co-creative innovative solutions will be validated, 1 job profile for eMental Health referent will be created, 3000 users facing Alzheimer or PTSD will benefit from the innovative tools and 1000 mental health professionals will be trained.

D'un côté, la prévalence de la maladie d'Alzheimer et du syndrome de stress post-traumatique (PTSD) est élevée sur le territoire NWE (1,31% et 2,1%) comparé au reste de l'Europe (0,95% et 1,73%). Dans les cas de ces 2 maladies mentales, la gestion de l'anxiété de l'usager est un des défis les plus importants pour les soignants et les familles. L'enjeu pour les usagers est de répondre de manière plus favorable aux traitements et pour les professionnels d'améliorer leurs conditions de travail. D'un autre côté, le développement actuel d'outils innovants représente une opportunité pour gérer l'anxiété et devrait être mieux déployé dans le secteur de la santé mentale. A cet égard, l'aspect culturel de l'évolution digitale pour les professionnels de la santé mentale et le besoin de co-construction d'outils par toutes les parties prenantes deviennent des enjeux majeurs. L'objectif du projet est de renforcer l'approche thérapeutique mixte et d'ntégrer des outils innovants validés dans les pratiques en réalisant une étude sur les besoins des différentes parties prenantes, en soutenant la co-création et le développement de solutions innovantes opérationnelles et en développant les compétences des usagers et professionnels. La mise en œuvre du projet inclut des start-ups, des entreprises technologiques, des institutions en santé mentale, des centres de recherche et des autorités publiques. A la fin du projet, 15 start-up seront soutenues, 3 emplois/start-up impliquées dans le projet seront créés - ce qui représente environ 50 emplois -, 10 produits innovants seront validés par les parties prenantes et mis en oeuvre sur le terrain, 10 solutions innovantes et co-créées seront validées, 1 profil métier de référent en eSanté mentale sera créé, 3000 usagers souffrant de la maladie d'Alzheimer ou de PTSD bénéficieront des outils innovants et 1000 professionnels de la santé mentales seront formés.

Expected Outputs (EN): The number of start-up developing innovative tools targeting eMental health users and professionals is around 35 in our regions whilst 2,6 millions users integrate mental health innovative tools to manage anxiety.
