Achievements (EN):

- Potential companies ready for exports were listed down. This can be used for further study and networking purposes. - Understanding of the difficulties in and barriers towards doing cross-border e-commerce was achieved. - Recommendations were provided for the companies about how to develop their e-commerce, for the officials about what policies and measures are the best to support the e-commece and for the educational institutions about what studies and research projects are needed for developing Russia-Finland cross-border e-commerce.

Expected Results (EN):

To accomplish required studies, including pre-feasibility studies, surveys, literature review and the like – in order to develop a holistic and coherent view of e-commerce status in eligible regions and prepare a solid ground for the planned regular project and justify relevant activities, such as disseminating the know-how and engaging relevant stakeholders on both sides of the Finnish-Russian border.

Expected Outputs (EN):

1. Region-based short list (3x10-20) of the potential enterprises and other stakeholders participating the survey. (Analyses minimum criterias). 2. Survey of needs and problems of every three region. 3. Joint final report (1) with strategy and problems analysis and a list of potential e-commerce enterprises and other stakeholders.
