"This project is part of the plan GRAIES LAB": InnovLab focus its attention on the cross-border system of micro and small local industries. The quality and the dynamism of this system have direct fallouts on territorial economy, on services and on living place choice. At the beginning of the project, it’s the knowledge of the fact that the main problematic is the lack of support activities towards models and process mainly innovative. InnovLab would like to develop services and strategies for innovation in order to make the system for industries more competitive and sustainable. Especially, InnovLab promotes: entrepreneurship of new generations, innovation in models of industries’ business and their digital transformation. Thorough an active implication of local actors (co-creation) and in an integrated manner with other projects, InnovLab will develop resources of the territory: youth with competences linked to innovative entrepreneurship, micro and little digital industries and which have experimented the added value of innovative process. According to defined challenges of ALCOTRA’s program (intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth), the strategic objective of the PITER is to make attractive the territory of rural and mountainous areas. Attractive means “endowed with an attraction power”, which “attracts toward one” and which it’s pursue in time. Three factors determine this “attraction power”: capacity to attract, which means an approach system, instruments and actions to define the area, rules and direction for the action; experimentation of services and strategies defined according to real needs of the territory; the capacity to transfer competences and passion. The principal result expected, sustainable on long term period, is the creation of Active Rural, Innovative and Solidarity Generations: make actors of the territory (actual and future) consciousness of the added value of innovation and the networking of opportunities and competencies. The PITER is focused on 5 strategic elements: governance, jobs territory, mobility and services of proximity. Direct beneficiaries of the PITER will be local administrators of the concerned sector and those who are living/working/receiving from the territory. The working method, which represents an added value and a new/original element, is based on an open co-creation approach and of CLLD ans on LivingLabs wich will be activated for each project.

InnovLab pone l’attenzione sul sistema transfrontaliero delle micro e piccole imprese locali. La qualità e la dinamicità di questo sistema ha ricadute dirette sull’economia dei territori, sui servizi e sulle scelte abitative. Alla base del progetto vi è la consapevolezza del fatto che la problematica principale è l’assenza di un’attività di supporto verso modelli e processi maggiormente innovativi. InnovLab intende pertanto sviluppare servizi e strategie per l’innovazione al fine di rendere il sistema delle imprese competitivo e sostenibile. In particolare, InnovLab promuove: l’imprenditorialità nelle nuove generazioni, l’innovazione nei modelli di business delle imprese e la loro trasformazione digitale. Attraverso un attivo coinvolgimento degli attori locali (co-creazione) e in maniera integrata con altre progettualità, InnovLab implementerà pertanto le risorse del territorio: giovani con competenze legate all’imprenditoria innovativa, micro e piccole imprese digitalizzate e che hanno sperimentato il valore aggiunto dei processi innovativi. In coerenza con le sfide identificate dal programma ALCOTRA (crescita intelligente, sostenibile ed inclusive), l’obiettivo strategico del PITER è di rendere attrattivo il territorio delle zone rurale e montagnose. Attrattivo significa “dotato di un potere di attrazione”, chi “attirare verso di sé” e che perdura in tempo. Tre fattori determinano il “potere di attrazione”: la capacità ad attirare, vale a dire il sistema di approccio, degli strumenti e di azioni che definiscono lo spazio, le regole e la direzione dell’azione; la sperimentazione dei servizi e della strategia definita secondo i bisogni reali del territorio; la capacità di trasferire delle competenze e la passione. Il principale risultato atteso, sostenibile sul lungo termine, è la creazione di Generazioni Rurali Attivo, Innovativi e Solidari: rendere gli attori del territorio (attuali e futuri) coscienti del valore aggiunto dell’innovazione e de la messa in rete delle competenze e opportunità. Il PITER si concentra su 5 elementi strategici: governanza, impiego, territorio, mobilità e servizi di prossimità. I beneficiari diretti del PITER saranno gli operatori attuali dei settori concernenti e a quelli che vivono/lavorano/beneficiano del territorio. La metodologia di lavoro, che rappresenta da una parte un valore aggiunta ma anche un elemento nuovo/originale, si basa sugli approcci di co-creazione aperta e di CLLD e sui Living Lab che saranno attivati per ogni progetto.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan GRAIES LAB": InnovLab porte son attention sur le système transfrontalier des micro et petites entreprises locales. La qualité et la dynamique de ce système a des retombées directes sur l’économie des territoires, sur les services et sur les choix d’habitation. A l’origine du projet, il y a la connaissance du fait que la problématique principale est l’absence d’activité de support vers des modèles et des processus majoritairement innovants. InnovLab souhaite pour autant développer des services et des stratégies pour l’innovation afin de rendre le système des entreprises compétitives et durables. En particulier, InnovLab promeut : l’entreprenariat des nouvelles générations, l’innovation des modèles de business des entreprises et leur transformation digitale. A travers une application active des acteurs locaux (co-création) et d’une manière intégrée avec les autres projections, InnovLab mettra par conséquent en œuvre les ressources du territoire : les jeunes avec les compétences liées à l’entreprenariat innovant, micro et petites entreprises digitales et qui ont expérimentés la valeur ajoutée des processus innovants. Conformément aux défis identifiés par le programme ALCOTRA (croissance intelligente, durable et inclusive), l'objectif stratégique du PITER est de rendre attractif le territoire des zones rurales et montagneuses. Attractif signifie « doté d'un pouvoir d’attraction », qui « attire vers soi» et qui perdure dans le temps. Trois facteurs déterminent le « pouvoir d’attraction » : la capacité à attirer, c'est-à-dire le système de d'approches, d'outils et d'actions qui définissent l'espace, les règles et la direction de l'action ; l'expérimentation de services et de stratégies définies selon les besoins réels du territoire ; la capacité de transférer des compétences et la passion. Le principal résultat attendu, durable sur le long terme, est la création de Générations Rurales Actives, Innovantes et Solidaires : rendre les acteurs du territoire (actuels et futurs) conscients de la valeur ajoutée de l'innovation et de la mise en réseau des compétences et d'opportunités. Le PITER se concentre sur 5 éléments stratégiques : gouvernance, emploi, territoire, mobilité et services de proximité. Les bénéficiaires directs du PITER seront les opérateurs actuels des secteurs concernés et ceux qui vivent/travaillent/bénéficient du territoire.
