"This project is part of the plan TERRES MONVISO": The PITER Terres Monviso coordination and communication project is a unique opportunity provided by the program Alcotra to set up large-scale cooperation in a region whose relevance has been validated by the diagnostic of territory and the successful experience of Véloviso. It involves installing cross-cutting governance at the plan, establishing a common communication base with a strategy and tools that are useful to everyone and to provide the territory with a lasting mechanism for cooperation by conducting an on-going evaluation and final as well as a study on the implementation of a common body. This PITER aims to create a permanent collaboration for a coordinated gestion of development policies in a homogeneous and well-defined area, the cross-border area of Monviso, thorough the development of new instruments of territorial concertation and the creation of a touristic cross-border destination linked to Monviso. The strategy confirm an high implication of local political institutions, Monviso territory as territorial and identarian aggregation and of a declared political will de front together common problematics of local development thorough 4 simple projects on the 4 axes of the program: Green Economy “research and innovation”, Risk “risks prevention”, ToUR “natural and cultural heritage”, and Incl “health and social services”.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan TERRES MONVISO": Le projet de coordination et de communication du PITER Terres Monviso est une occasion unique fournie par le programme Alcotra pour mettre en place une coopération à large échelle sur un territoire dont la pertinence a été validée par le diagnostic de territoire et l’expérience réussie de Véloviso. Il s’agit d'installer une gouvernance transversale au plan, d’établir un socle commun de communication avec une stratégie et des outils utiles à tous et d’assurer au territoire un mécanisme pérenne de coopération en conduisant une évaluation in itinere et finale ainsi qu’une étude de mise en oeuvre d’un organe commun. La stratégie vise à créer une collaboration permanente pour une gestion coordonnée des politiques de développement dans une zone homogène et bien définie, la zone transfrontalière de Monviso, à travers le développement de nouveaux instruments de concertation territoriale et la création d’une destination touristique transfrontalière liée au Monviso. La stratégie confirme une forte implication des institutions politiques locales, le territoire du Monviso comme agrégation territoriale et identitaire et une volonté politique déclarée de vouloir affronter ensemble les problématiques communes de développement local à travers 4 projets simples sur les 4 axes du programme : Economies Vertes « recherche et innovation », Risk : « prévention des risques » , ToUR « patrimoine naturel et culturel » et Incl « service sanitaires et sociaux ».

"Questo progetto fa parte dell'piano TERRES MONVISO": Il progetto di coordinamento e comunicazione del PITER Terres Monviso è un'opportunità unica fornita dal programmaAlcotra istituirà una cooperazione su larga scala in una regione la cui rilevanza è stata convalidata dalla diagnostica del territorio e l'esperienza di successo di Véloviso. Implica l'installazione di una governance trasversale al piano, la creazione di una base di comunicazione comune con una strategia estrumenti utili a tutti e di fornire al territorio un meccanismo duraturo di cooperazione attraverso una valutazione continua e finale nonché uno studio sull'attuazione di un organismo comune. La strategia punta a creare una collaborazione permanente per una gestione coordinata delle politiche di sviluppo di un'area omogenea e ben definita, l’area transfrontaliera del Monviso, attraverso lo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti di concertazione territoriale e la creazione di una destinazione turistica transfrontaliera legata al Monviso. La strategia conferma un importante coinvolgimento delle istituzioni politiche locali; il territorio del Monviso come aggregazione territoriale e identitaria e una volontà politica dichiarata di voler affrontare insieme le problematiche comuni di sviluppo locale attraverso 4 progetti semplici sui 4 assi del programma: Economie Verdi «ricerca e innovazione», Risk: «prevenzione dei rischi» , ToUR «patrimonio naturale e culturale» e Incl «servizi sanitari e sociali».
