Description (EN):

The SABOREA project consists of designing a Master Plan to position Macaronesia as a destination for gastronomic tourism, thereby generating positive impacts in the participating territories at the economic, territorial, environmental and social levels. The project also aims to recover, revive and promote the gastronomic and cultural ties of the MAC Atlantic Area (origins of dishes, products, techniques, etc.). The exchange of knowledge will allow to generate its own Atlantic cuisine, with a shared core, will foster relationships between entities and professionals and enrich gastronomy.

El proyecto SABOREA consiste en diseñar un Plan Director para posicionar a la Macaronesia como destino de turismo gastronómico, y con ello generar impactos positivos en los territorios participantes a nivel económico, territorial, ambiental y social. Asimismo, el proyecto pretende recuperar, reavivar y promocionar los lazos gastronómicos y culturales del Espacio Atlántico MAC (orígenes de los platos, productos, técnicas, etc.). El intercambio de conocimientos permitirá generar una cocina atlántica propia, con un núcleo central compartido, fomentará las relaciones entre entidades y profesionales y enriquecerá la gastronomía.
