Multipass Port large infrastructure project will improve the seaport border-crossing points with increased throughput capacity serving cargo and passenger flows and develop strong and regular as well as professional business cooperation between the Passenger Sea Port of Saint Petersburg in Russia and Port of HaminaKotka in Finland.

Крупный инфраструктурный проект Мультипасс Порт нацелен на дальнейшее развитие инфраструктуры пограничных сооружений морского порта с увеличением пропускной способности для грузо-пассажирских и пассажирских пунктов пропуска, а также развитие долгосрочных, регулярных и взаимовыгодных деловых связей между Морским пассажирским портом Санкт-Петербурга и портом КоткаХамина в Финляндии.

Multipass Port laaja infrastuktuurihanke tehostaa satamia rajanylityspaikkoina, kasvattaen ja kehittäen lasti- ja matkustajavirtoja, ja edistäen vahvaa ja säännöllistä sekä ammattimaista liiketoimintaa Venäjällä sijaitsevan Pietarin matkustajasataman ja HaminaKotka sataman välillä Suomessa.

Achievements (EN):

The project had a specific objective to develop the transshipment communications between the two countries for the sake of mutual business, trade, logistic and tourism development through improvement of Russian and Finnish sea port infrastructure in the target project areas to be capable of servicing cargo and passenger flows with special attention given to new border-crossing check points infrastructure.
