GREEN FUTURE

Activity 1: Project management and implementation, including successful planning, implementation and reporting as well as budget expenditures. A project management team will be set up with representatives of both partners. The project team members will have eight meetings along with other project events (including: Introductory Conference, two workshop events, field exercises, a final conference, and four project team meetings). Additional experts will be negotiated for the preparation and conduct of PRAG procedures. All requested reports will be made under Action # 1. Activity 2: Improvement of the technical capacity of the roject partners in the field of forests drying prevention, including purchase of the following equipment: mobile stations for measuring of climatic and soil conditions - 10 pcs; Computer serving mobile stations - 4 pcs; Laptop - 4 pcs; Tablet - 4 pcs; GPS - 6 pcs; Specialized vehicle (pickup) for monitoring of primary crisis reaction - 2 pcs; printer for reporting the data from the Mobile stations for measuring climatic and soil conditions - 2 pcs; camera - to memorize the current and consequent state of the affected areas, a basis for the preparation of a forest map of the risk areas - 2 pcs; Quadcopter - observing from the air the general state of the forest ecosystem in inaccessible areas and provide the information for analysis - 1. Activity 3: Monitoring of forests affected by drying, summarizing and presenting the results, their impact on the forest ecosystem, including: organizing, conducting and reporting of eight events, namely - Introductory conference in the town of Sliven, workshop events of the teams in Sliven and Edirne, field training on the territory of the municipality Yambol and Lalapaşa, with training events with students in the town of Edirne and Sliven and a Final conference in the town of Edirne. Activity 4: Investment in afforestation in a new forest: afforestation of 80 decares area, of which 40 decares on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria, on the land of the village of Dennitsa, Bolyarovo Municipality with typical local tree species, namely "Quercus frainetto" and Quercus cerries", and 40 decars on the territory of Turkey, on the land of the village of Lalapasa, with the typical local tree species "Quercus rubra". Activity 5: Preparation of a joint management plan for the forests affected by drying, including: Analysis of the drying forests in the cross-border region for the period 2007-2017, Aggreagation of data from the Mobile stations for the present period, Preparation of PEST analysis, Preparation of a forest map of risk areas, Preparation of a joint management plan for the forests affected by drying in the cross-border region and creating of a internet web-based portal. Activity 6: Information and publicity, including two press conferences in Sliven and Edirne, training events with students will be organized, advertising materials will be prepared and distributed, a number of paid publications will be published in the press in Republic of Bulgaria and Republic of Turkey; publishing information on the internet and facebook pages of the project partners.

Faaliyet 1:Proje yönetim ve uygulaması-buna başarılı planlama, uygulama ve rapor ve bütçe giderleri dahildir. İki ortağın temsilcileri katılmak üzere proje yönetim ekibi kurulacaktır. Ekip üyeleri, diğer proje etkinlikleri ile birlikte sekiz defa buluşacaktır(Giriş konferansı, iki seminer, yerinde uygulamalar, kapanış konferansı ve dört ekip toplanması). PRAG prosedürelrinin hazırlanması ve yapılmasına ilişkin ek uzmanlar tayin edilecektir. Talep edilen tüm raporlar faaliyet 1 kapsamında yapılacaktır. Faaliyet 2: Ormanların kurumasını önleme alanında proje ortaklarının teknik kapasitesini iyileştirmek. Şu donatımı satın almak dahil ediyor: iklim ve toprak şartlarını ölçmek için hareketli istasyonlar-10 adet; hareketli istasyonlarda kullanılacak bilgisayarlar-4 adet; dizüstü bilgisayarlar-4 adet; tabletler-4 adet; GPS-6 adet; birincil kriz tepkisini gözetlemek için özel motorlu araç(pikap)-2 adet; Hareketli istasyonların verilerini çıkartmak için prşnter-2 adet; fotoğraf makinesi-2 adet; Drone-ulaşılması imkansız bölgelerdeki orman ekosistemin genel durumunu havadan gözetlemek ve incelemek için bilgi sunmak-2 adet. Faaliyet 3: Kuruma sürecine etkisi altında olan ormanları gözetlemek, sonuçları özetlemek ve sunmak, orman ekosistemi üzerindekietkisi. Şunları içeriyor-sekiz etkinlik düzenleme, gerçekleştirme ve rapor etmek, bunlar-Sliven şehrinde giriş konferansı, ekiplerin Sliven ve Edirne’de çalışma toplantıları,Yambol ilçesi ve Lalapaşa sınırlarında zemin eğitimi; Edirne ve Sliven’de üniversite öğrencileri ile semierler ve Edirne şehrinde kapanış konferansı. Faaliyet 4: Yeni orman ağaçlandırma yatırımı, şunları içeriyor: 80 dka alanı ağaçlandırma, bunlardan 40 dka Bulgaristan, Bolyarovo ilçesi Dennitsa köyü sınırlarında, bölge için tipik olan “Blagun” ve “Tser” ağaç türleri, diğer 40 dka ise Türkiye, Lalapaşa köyü sınırlarında, bölge için tipik olan “Kırmızı Amerikan meşesi”. Faaliyet 5: Kuruma sürecinin etkisi altında olan ormanların yönetimine yönelik ortak plan kurmak: 2007-2017 döneminde kuruma etkisi altında olan ormanların analizi; Cari dönem için hareketli istasyonlardan bilgi toplamak, “PEST” analiz hazırlamak; risk alanlarına orman haritası düzenlemek; Kuruma sürecinin etkisi altında olan ormanların yönetimine yönelik ortak plan kurmak ve web site kurmak. Faaliyet 6: Bilgi ve tanıtım, şunlar dahildir: İki basın toplantısı-Sliven şehrinde ve Edirne’de; üniversite öğrencileri ile seminerlet yapılacak; reklam malzemeleri hazırlanıp dağıtılacaktır, Bulgaristan ve Türkiye basınlarında bir çok ücretli yayınlar yayımlanacak; İnternet ve proje ortakların facebook sayfalarında informasyon yayınlanacaktır.

Дейност 1: Управлнение и изпълнение на проекта, включващо успешно планиране, изпълнение и отчитане, както и бюджетни разходи. Ще бъде създаден екип за управление на проекти с представители на двамата партньори. Членовете на екипа на проекта ще имат осем срещи заедно с другите прояви по проекта (вкл: Встъпителна конференция, две семинарни събития, полеви упражнения, заключителна конференция и четири срещи на екипа на проекта). Ще бъдат договорени допълнителни експерти за подготовката и провеждането на процедурите по PRAG. Всички поискани отчети ще се извършват в рамките на Дейност № 1. Дейност 2: Подобряване на техническия капацитет на проектните партньори в областта на превенция на съхненето на горите, включващо закупуване на следното оборудване: мобилни станции за измерване на климатични и почвени условия - 10 бр; Компютър, обслужващ Мобилните станции - 4 бр; Лаптоп - 4 бр; Таблет Специализирано превозно средство (пикап) за мониторинг на първична кризисна реакция - 2 бр;Принтер за отчитане на данни от Мобилните станции - 2 бр; Фотопарат - 2 бр.; Дрон - наблюдаване от въздуха на общото състояние на горската екосистема в недостъпни райони и предоставяне на информацията за анализ - 2бр.. Дейност 3: Мониторинг на засегнатите от съхнене гори, обобщаване и представяне на резултатите, въздействието им в/у горската екосистема, включващ: организиране, провеждане и докладване на осем събития, а именно - Встъпителна конференция в гр. Сливен, работна среща на екипите в гр. Сливен и гр. Одрин, теренно обучение на територията на общ. Ямбол и Лалапаша, семинари със студенти в гр. Одрин и гр. Сливен и закриваща конференция в гр. Одрин. Дейност 4: Инвестиция по залесяване на нова гора, включваща: залесяване на 80 дкр площ, от които 40 дкр на територията на България, в землището на с. Денница, общ. Болярово с типични за региона местни дървесни видове, а именно "Благун" и "Цер", и 40 дкр. на територията на Турция, в землището на с. Лалапаша, с типичния за региона местен дървесен вид "Американски червен дъб". Дейност 5: Изготвяне на съвместен план за управление на засегнатите от изсъхване гори, вкл.: анализ на засегнатите от изсъхване гори за 2007-2017 г., събиране на данни от Мобилните станции за текуция период, изготвяне на "PEST" анализ, изготвяне на горска карта на рисковите зони, изготвяне на съмвестен план за управление на засегнатите от изсъхване гори и създнаване на уеб-портал. Дейност 6: Информация и публичност, вкл.: две пресконференции в гр. Сливен и гр. Одрин, ще се проведат семинари със студенти, ще бъдат подготвени и раздадени рекламни материали, редица платени публикации ще бъдат публикувани в пресата в България и Турция, ще бъде публикувана информация на интернет и фейсбук страниците на проектните партньори.
