Description (EN):

The Activities are implemented in parallel in the two cross-border regions: Joint study, analysis and collection of authentic traditions and customs in a common Handbook; 4 joint tourism forums targeting tourism stakeholders for joint performance, exchange of experience, capacity building and staff skills. Co-developed Trans Gourmet Catalog for specific foods and beverages in both regions /cheese and wine/, promoting alternative tourism. Organize wine tour in Harmanli and a tour of local cheese producers in Keshan to promote the tourism potential. Two Festivals in both countries with a rich folklore program, food preparation, competition, exhibition and more.2 developed audiovisual productions to promote sustainable tourism.

İki sınır ötesi bölgelerinde paralel olarak yürütülürler: Otantik örf ve adetler üzerine ortak bir araştırma yapmak ve bunları analiz edip genel bir kılavuzun içine toplamak; Turizm alanındaki paydaşları hedef alarak ortak sunum, deneyim paylaşımı, kapasite oluşturma ve personel becerilerini içeren dört ortak turizm forumu düzenlemek. Her iki bölgede de belirli yiyecek ve içecekler /peynir ve şarap/ için Trans Gourmet Kataloğu oluşturmak; alternatif turizmi teşvik etmek. Harmanlı'da bir şarap turu düzenlemek ve turist hareketliliklerini arttırmak adına Keshan'daki yerel peynir üreticilerini dolaşmak. Zengin folklor programı, yemek pişirme, rekabet, sergi vs. faaliyetleriyle her iki ülkede birer Festival düzenlemek.2 görsel-işitsel yapım.

Осъществяват се паралелно в двата трансгранични региона: Съвместно проучване, анализиране и събиране на автентични традиции и обичаи в общ Наръчник; 4 съвместни форума за туризъм, насочени към заинтересовани страни в сферата на туризма за съвместно представяне, обмяна на опит, изграждане на капацитет и умения на персонала. Съвместно разработен Транс Гурме Каталог за специфични храни и напитки /сирене и вино/ в двата региона; насърчаване на алтернативен туризъм. Организиране на винен тур в Харманли и обиколка на местни производители на сирене в Кешан с цел популяризиране на туристическия им потенциал. Два фестивала в двете страни с богата фолклорна програма, приготвяне на храна, състезание, изложение и др.
