Description (EN):

The project will comprise 6 main activities: 1. Project management – overall management for the successful project implementation; meetings between partners in Haskovo and Edirne, financial and technical reporting. 2. Communication and visibility actions – production of information materials and press releases for promotion of the project and its activities, covering Haskovo district and Edirne. 3. Study of good practices in crafts and antiques markets (Bulgaria, EU, Turkey) – to identify sustainable and modern methods of marketing/presentation of the local products. 4. Training of the craftsmen and artisans – 15 people from Haskovo and 15 from Edirne will be trained on modern methods of presentation, marketing, sales, publicity, online presence, etc. 5. Organization of a crafts fair in Haskovo district and a crafts fair in Odirne – to widely present the potential of the local craftsmen/antique shop owners and to take advantage of the newly acquired knowledge. 6. Organisation of a Conference on the future of the crafts and antiques business in the CBC region – to disseminate the project results to the stakeholders in the region and to promote the future actions.

Proje 6 ana faaliyetten oluşacaktır: 1. Proje yönetimi - başarılı proje uygulaması için genel yönetim; Haskovo ve Edirne'deki ortaklar arasındaki toplantılar, finansal ve teknik raporlama. 2. İletişim ve görünürlük eylemleri - Haskovo ilçesi ve Edirne'yi kapsayan proje ve faaliyetlerinin tanıtımı için bilgi materyalleri ve basın bültenlerinin üretilmesi. 3. El sanatları ve antika pazarlarında iyi uygulamaların incelenmesi (Bulgaristan, AB, Türkiye) - yerel ürünlerin sürdürülebilir ve modern pazarlama / sunum yöntemlerini tanımlamak. 4. Esnaf ve sanatkârların eğitimi - Haskovo'dan 15 kişi ve Edirne'den 15 kişi, sunum, pazarlama, satış, tanıtım, çevrimiçi varlık vb. Modern yöntemlerle eğitilecektir. 5. Organizasyon Haskovo bölgesinde adil bir el sanatları ve Odirne adil bir zanaat - yerel ustalar yaygın mevcut potansiyel / antikacı sahipleri ve yeni edinilen bilginin yararlanmak. 6. CBC bölgesindeki el sanatları ve antika ticaretinin geleceğine dair bir Konferansın düzenlenmesi - proje sonuçlarını bölgedeki paydaşlara yaymak ve gelecekteki eylemleri teşvik etmek.

Проектът ще включва 6 основни дейности: 1. Управление на проекта - цялостно управление за успешното реализиране на проекта; срещи между партньорите в Хасково и Одрин, финансово и техническо отчитане. 2. Дейности за комуникация и визуализация - създаване на информационни материали и прессъобщения за популяризиране на проекта и неговите дейности, обхващащи област Хасково и Одрин. 3. Изследване на добри практики в пазарите на занаяти и антикварни изкуства (България, ЕС, Турция) - идентифициране на устойчиви и модерни методи за маркетинг / представяне на местните продукти. 4. Обучение на занаятчии и антиквари - 15 души от Хасково и 15 от Одрин ще бъдат обучени по съвременни методи за представяне, маркетинг, продажби, публичност, онлайн присъствие и др. 5. Организиране на занаятчийски панаир в област Хасково и занаятчийски панаир в Одрин - за широко представяне на потенциала на местните майстори занаятчии/собственици на антикварни магазини и възползване от новопридобитите знания. 6. Организиране на конференция за бъдещето на занаятчийския и антикварния бизнес в региона на ТГС - за разпространение на резултатите от проекта до заинтересованите страни в региона и популяризиране на бъдещите действия.
