Overall objective - Establishment of cross-border cooperation through maintenance of society oriented life-long education and research and development though establishment of network for excellence in quality among educational and research institution Specific objectives: - obtain best practice of quality assurance at higher education and research establishments - introduction of the quality management system at administrations of higher education and research establishments - education of the staff of higher education and research establishments about quality management system and quality assurance at higher education and research - establishment an open cross-border network of excellence in quality for educational and research institutions Main activities: Elaboration of quality assurance policy and its objectives, partner institutions’ management and supporting processes, quality manual Knowledge transfer workshops Feasibility study: data collection, interpretation and storage, elaboration of reports, indicators and other analytic data Experience exchange meetings Establishing and upgrading of dedicated web page section Organizing of final conference, seminars for staff of partnership institutions, trainings for internal auditors of quality management system, trainings for internal trainers to use developed data flow system, trainings for staff to use developed data flow system Quality management system auditing Providing of knowledge testing questionnaires, reporting of data flow system, acquiring and assessment of questionnaires Assessment of management and coordination Setting up of project team, organizing of meetings of project, steering committee Setting up management protocols and reporting systems Financial management, management of procurement procedures Reporting, day-to-day management
