The common challenge of the programme area to which the PRIMIS project will contribute is the "Conservation, protection and restoration of cultural and natural heritage". The overall project objective is to enhance the value of the linguistic, cultural and natural heritage of the linguistic communities in the programme area in order to attract sustainable tourism. This area is by nature multicultural and multilingual, due to the presence of Slovenian and Italian national minorities and other language communities (Cimbrians, Ladins, Friulians) making it unique compared to other territories in Italy and Slovenia. The project will bring about a new perception of the multicultural and multilingual identity of the PA for both tourists and residents. The main outputs are the creation of 4 Multimedia Centres for the dissemination of the specificities and peculiarities of the indigenous language communities; a multimedia platform and a digital guide; the enhancement and promotion of cultural events in the PA; information and training activities for specific target groups. The beneficiaries are: tourists, residents, young people, SMEs, project partners. The intended approach is to transfer the multicultural and multilingual peculiarities of the indigenous communities to the tourism sector and the promotion of the cross-border territory through the use of innovative, interactive and multimedia tools with immersive and virtual reality in the Multimedia Centres. The approach will go beyond the current practices of the sector (sea-mountain) because it will help to create tourism products based on the cultural and linguistic heritage of the PA. Cross-border cooperation is necessary because it brings together the diversities and peculiarities linked to multiculturalism and multilingualism to create a unique image of the PA. The project is original because it considers the material and immaterial cultural heritage of the indigenous language communities as an added value for an economic activity - cultural and sustainable tourism.

La sfida comune dell’area programma alla quale contribuirà il progetto PRIMIS è la "Conservazione, tutela e ripristino del patrimonio culturale e naturale”. L’obiettivo generale del progetto è la valorizzazione del patrimonio linguistico, culturale e naturale delle comunità linguistiche dell’area programma al fine di attrarre la domanda di turismo sostenibile. Quest'area è per sua natura un'area multiculturale e multilinguistica per lapresenza delle minoranze nazionali slovena e italiana e di altre comunità linguistiche (cimbri, ladini, friulani) che la rendono unica rispetto ad altri territori in Italia e in Slovenia. Il cambiamento che il progetto porterà sarà una nuova percezione dell’identità multiculturale e multilinguistica dell’AP sia per i turisti sia per i residenti. Gli output principali sono la realizzazione di 4 Centri multimediali di divulgazione delle specificità e peculiarità delle comunità linguistiche autoctone; una piattaforma multimediale e una guida digitale; la valorizzazione e promozione di eventi culturali nell'AP; attività informative e formative per target group specifici. I beneficiari sono: turisti, residenti, giovani, PMI, partner del progetto. L’approccio che si prevede di adottare è di trasferire nel settore turistico e della promozione del territorio transfrontaliero le peculiarità multiculturali e multilinguistiche delle comunità autoctone con l’utilizzo di strumenti innovativi, interattivi e multimediali con realtà immersiva e virtuale nei Centri multimediali. L’approccio andrà oltre le attuali prassi del settore (mare-montagna) perché contribuirà a creare prodotti turistici basati sul patrimonio culturale e linguistico dell’AP. La cooperazione transfrontaliera è necessaria, perché mette insieme le diversità e lepeculiarità legate alla multiculturalità e multilinguismo creando un’immagine unica dell’AP. Il progetto è originale perché considera il patrimonio culturale materiale ed immateriale delle comunità linguistiche autoctone come valore aggiunto per un’attività economica, il turismo culturale e sostenibile.

Skupni izziv območja programa, na katerega bo projekt PRIMIS odgovarjal s svojim prispevkom, je "Ohranjanje, varstvo in obnova kulturne in naravne dediščine". Splošni cilj projekta je krepitev vrednosti jezikovne, kulturne in naravne dediščine jezikovnih skupnosti na območju programa, z namenom, da bi okrepili povpraševanje po trajnostnem turizmu. Območje je po svoji naravi večkulturno in večjezično zaradi prisotnosti slovenske in italijanske manjšine ter drugih jezikovnih skupnosti (Kimbrov, Ladincev, Furlanov); zato je to območje edinstveno v primerjavi z drugimi ozemlji v Italiji in Sloveniji. Sprememba, ki jo bo prinesel projekt, bo novo doživljanje – turistov in prebivalcev – večkulturne in večjezične identitete na območju programa (OP). Poglavitni rezultati bodo: vzpostavitev 4 multimedijskih središč za širjenje znanja o posebnostih avtohtonih jezikovnih skupnosti; 1 multimedijska platforma in 1 digitalni vodič; ovrednotenje in promocija kulturnih dogodkov na PO; aktivnosti obveščanja in izobraževanje za specifične ciljne skupine. Koristniki projekta so: turisti, prebivalci, mladi, MSP, projektni partnerji. Predvideni pristop je: posredovati večkulturne in večjezične posebnosti avtohtonih skupnosti turističnemu sektorju in sektorju promocije čezmejnega teritorija prek inovativnih, interaktivnih in multimedijskih instrumentov, z virtualno in "potopitveno" resničnostjo v multimedijskih središih. Pristop bo odstopal od običajne prakse turističnega sektorja (morje/gore), saj bo prispeval k oblikovanju turističnih produktov na osnovi kulturne in jezikovne dedišine PO. Čezmejno sodelovanje je nujno, ker združuje različnosti in posebnosti večkulturnega in večjezičnega okolja, ustvarjajo enotno podobo PO. Projekt je originalen, ker snovno in nesnovno kulturno dediščino avtohtonih jezikovnih skupnosti dojema kot dodano vrednost za gospodarsko dejavnost – za kulturni in trajnostni turizem.

Expected Results (IT): L’obiettivo complessivo del progetto è la valorizzazione del patrimonio linguistico, culturale e naturale comune delle minoranze dell’area programma al fine di attrarre un turismo culturale sostenibile.

Expected Results (SL): Splošni cilj projekta je krepitev vrednosti jezikovne, kulturne in naravne dediščine, skupne manjšinam na območju programa, z namenom pritegovanja trajnostnega kulturnega turizma.

Expected Outputs (EN):

The specific result indicator for the IP 6c programme is "The level of cross-border cooperation in sustainable use, protection and the enhancement of the cultural and natural heritage of the programme area". The first main result of the project will be to increase the attractiveness of the programme area in the field of sustainable cultural tourism due to the added value of material heritage, and of the indigenous communities. The second will be to increase the ability of local public and private actors to communicate the added value represented by the indigenous communities on the territory for cultural tourism. In the first phase of the project, the activities developed will focus on the contents of the material and immaterial heritage of the indigenous communities in the programme area, with the aim of drafting tourism materials and using them with the available ICT tools. The second and third phases of the project are focused on using the material produced in the first phase for tourist purposes and on developing the ability of local public and private actors to communicate the selected contents in an innovative and appropriate way to the target groups of reference, processed in the first phase. The project's target number is 2000 new visitors.

Expected Outputs (IT):

L’indicatore di risultato specifico per il programma per la PI 6c è “Il livello di cooperazione transfrontaliera nell’uso sostenibile, nella protezione e nella valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e naturale dell’area programma”. Il primo principale risultato del progetto sarà un incrementata attrattività dell’area programma nel settore del turismo culturale sostenibile dovuta al valore aggiunto rappresentato dal patrimonio materiale e immateriale delle comunità autoctone. Il secondo risultato del progetto sarà una acquisita maggiore capacità degli attori locali pubblici e privati di comunicare il valore aggiunto rappresentato dalle comunità autoctone sul territorio per il turismo culturale. Nella prima fase del progetto le attività sviluppate saranno dedicate alla elaborazione dei contenuti del patrimonio materiale e immateriale delle comunità autoctone dell’area di programma con la finalità di redigerli a fini turistici e utilizzarli con gli strumenti disponibili della ICT. La seconda e la terza fase del progetto sono incentrate sull’utilizzo del materiale prodotto nella prima fase a fini turistici e sullo sviluppo delle capacità degli attori locali pubblici e privati di comunicare in modo innovativo e adeguato ai target group di riferimento i contenuti selezionati ed elaborati nella prima fase. Il n. target del progetto è di 2000 nuovi visitatori raggiunti.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Kazalnik specifičnega učinka programa za PN 6c je "stopnja čezmejnega sodelovanja pri trajnostnem izkoriščanju, varovanju in promociji kulturne in naravne dediščine na območju programa". Prvi glavni rezultat projekta bo okrepljena privlačnost območja programa na področju trajnostnega kulturnega turizma, pridobljena z dodano vrednostjo v obliki snovne in nesnovne dediščine avtohtonih skupnosti. Drugi rezultat projekta bo večja sposobnost lokalnih akterjev, tako javnih kot zasebnih, za sporočanje dodane vrednosti, ki jo za kulturni turizempredstavljajo avtohtone skupnosti na tem teritoriju. V prvi fazi projekta bodo aktivnosti posvečene obdelovanju vsebin snovne in nesnovne dediščine avtohtonih skupnosti na območju programa, s ciljem njihovega opisa za turistične namene in njihove uporabe z razpoložljivimi instrumenti IKT. Druga in tretja faza projekta sta osredotočeni na uporabo materiala, ki je bil v prvi fazi ustvarjen za turistične namene, in na razvoj sposobnosti javnih in zasebnih lokalnih akterjev, da ciljnim skupinam na ustrezen in inovativen način sporočajo vsebine, izbrane in obdelane v prvi fazi. Cilj projekta je doseči 2000 novih obiskovalcev.
