Hydrogen (H2) is a key technology for achieving Europe’s climate and energy goals.” (Maroš Šefčovič, Vice-President EC for Energy Union). The main objective of the H2GreenTECH project is to strenghten crossborder R&I; capacities in advanced hydrogen technologies by developing synergies between enterprises, R&D; centres and higher education. Project address the crossborder challenge of fragmented R&R; and great potential of the R&R; of hydrogen technology in transport at the programme area with the three specific aims: 1) to improve better access and use of research infrastructure on hydrogen technologies in Slovenia and Austria with the establishment of One-stop-shop Hydrogen Center for enterprises, researchers and students, with clear strategy and action plan till 2025. 2) to build-up of competences of enterprises, R&D; centres and higher education with implementation of joint CB projects on hydrogen technologies with developed three demonstration models for the practical demonstration of the developed prototypes and educational module. 3) to facilitate the CB cooperation among research institutions, enterprises and public administration with development of the crossborder Roadmap on low-carbon technologies with the commitment to implementation and dissemination. With the innovative approach of the quadruple helix, the partnership establishes an urgently needed One-stop-shop Hydrogen Center. Improved innovation capacity of all stakeholders contributes to greater competitiveness for the programme area important hydrogen technology.

Wasserstoff (H2) ist eine Schlüsseltechnologie, um europäische Klima- und Energieziele zu erreichen." (Maroš Šefčovič, Vizepräsident von EK Energija). Das Hauptziel des H2GreenTECH-Projekts besteht darin, die grenzüberschreitende F&I-Kapazit;äten hochentwickelter Wasserstofftechnologien zu stärken, indem Synergien zwischen Unternehmen, FuE-Zentren und Hochschulen geschaffen werden. Das Projekt stellt sich der grenzüberschreitenden Herausforderung der Vereinigung der fragmentierten F&E; innerhalb des Programmbereichs und nutzt das große Potenzial der F&E; der Wasserstofftechnologie im Verkehrswesen. Hierzu verfolgen wir drei spezifische Ziele: 1) Verbesserung des Zugangs und der Nutzung der Forschungsinfrastruktur für Wasserstofftechnologien in Slowenien und Österreich durch die Einrichtung eines One-Stop-Shop Hydrogen Centers für Unternehmen, Forscher und Studenten mit klarer Strategie und Aktionsplan bis 2025. 2) Kompetenzaufbau von Unternehmen, FuE-Zentren und Hochschulen basierend auf der Durchführung von gemeinsamen CB Projekten im Bereich der Wasserstofftechnologie. Es werden drei Demonstrationsmodelle für die technische Demonstrationen/Vorführungen aufgebaut, die auf der im Projekt entwickeltem Prototypen und Trainingsmodulen beruhen werden. 3) Förderung der CB Zusammenarbeit zwischen Forschungseinrichtungen, Unternehmen und öffentlicher Verwaltung durch die Entwicklung einer grenzüberschreitenden Roadmap für CO2-arme Technologien mit dem Ziel der Implementierung und Verbreitung. Mit dem innovativen Ansatz des Quadrupel-Helix-Modells etabliert die Partnerschaft ein dringend benötigte zentrale Anlaufstelle für Wasserstoff (One-Stop-Shop Hydrogen Center). Die verbesserte Innovationsfähigkeit aller Beteiligten trägt zu einer größeren Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der für das Programmgebiet wichtige Wasserstofftechnologie bei.

»Vodik (H2) je ključna tehnologija za doseganje evropskih klimatskih in energetskih ciljev.« (Maroš Šefčovič, podpredsednik EK Energija). Glavni cilj H2GreenTECH je okrepiti regionalno sodelovanje na področju vodikovih tehnologij s čezmejnim sodelovanjem podjetij, R&R; centrov in visokošolskim izobraževanjem. Projekt čezmejni izziv razdrobljenosti in velik potencial razvoja in raziskav vodikovih tehnologij v prometu na programskem področju naslavlja s tremi specifičnimi cilji: 1) Izboljšati dostop in rabo raziskovalne infrastrukture vodikovih tehnologij v Sloveniji in Avstriji z vzpostavitvijo enotne vstopne točke HYDROGEN CENTER za podjetja, raziskovalce in študente, z jasno strategijo delovanja in akcijskim načrtom do leta 2025. 2) Krepiti kompetence podjetij, R&R; centrov in visokošolskih izobraževalnih središč z izvajanjem skupnih čezmejnih projektov R&R; vodikovih tehnologij v okviru vzpostavitve treh demonstracijskih modelov za praktičen prikaz razvitih prototipov in izobraževalnega modula. 3) Izboljšati čezmejno sodelovanje med raziskovalnimi inštituti, podjetji in javnimi upravami z razvojem Akcijskega načrta za spodbujanje nizkoogljične tehnologije v Sloveniji in Avstriji z zavezo k izvajanju načrta in diseminacije. Z inovativnim pristopom četverne vijačnice partnerstvo vzpostavlja nujno potrebno enotno vstopno točko. Projekt sloni na vsebinskem bottom up pristopu,edinim uspešnim z dolgoročnimi učinki. Izboljšana inovacijska kapaciteta vseh deležnikov prispeva k večji konkurenčnosti za programsko območje pomembne vodikove tehnologije.
