Similarly, to large parts of Europe the AT-HU border region also faces the problem of a skilled workers shortage in industry 4.0, the cause of which lies in the increased demand placed on the respective competences. Innovative cross-border training measures are necessary to alleviate the consequences of the migration of skilled workers in the project region. Information and communication technologies are key strengths of the Viennese economy (Digitale Agenda Wien 2025).The study "Industry 4.0 in Burgenland" confirms that digitalisation can stop the emigration of industry and thus also the brain drain.Digitalisation is according to studies, the future for the industry in Western Transdanubia (GYMSKIK).The overall project objective is to sensitise young people (12-24 yrs) to apprenticeship training and through appropriate upskilling prepare them for the labour market, but also to improve the image of apprenticeship training as well as the identification of future careers with a shortage of skilled workers and to facilitate cross-border exchange. Since the target group is "digital native" (Prensky, 2001), growing up with digital tools and media, their way of thinking and learning must be adapted to vocational orientation. Within the framework of DigiComp 4.0, young people are to be introduced to the industrial sector via vocational orientation measures and training, and the necessary digital skills are to be imparted in order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in industry.The innovative core outputs are the regional knowledge hubs and their cross-border network, where solutions on topics such as vocational orientation for the job world 4.0, trial training and industry 4.0 are offered together with stakeholders.The know-how will be based on analysis of the qualification needs of industry 4.0, (trainer) trainings.Vocational orientation workshops for young people will be offered and a ´Serious Game´ for vocational orientation will be created.

Wie in weiten Teilen Europas gibt es auch in der AT-HU Grenzregion das Problem des Fachkräftemangels in der Industrie 4.0, dessen Ursache in den erhöhten Anforderungen an die beruflichen Kompetenzen liegt. Um die Folgen der Fachkräftewanderung in der Projektregion zu lindern, sind innovative grenzüberschreitende Bildungsmaßnahmen notwendig. Die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien sind Kernkompetenzen in der Wiener Wirtschaft (Digitale Agenda Wien 2025). Die Studie „Industrie 4.0 im Burgenland” bestätigt, dass Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen die Abwanderung der Industrie und damit auch den Braindrain stoppen kann. Laut Studien ist die Digitalisierung die Zukunft für die Industrie in West-Transdanubien (GYMSKIK). Das übergeordnete Projektziel ist, Jugendliche (12-24 Jahre) für die Lehre zu sensibilisieren und durch passendes Upskilling auf den Arbeitsmarkt vorzubereiten, das Image der Lehre und das Aufzeigen von zukünftigen Fachmangelberufen zu verbessern sowie den grenzüberschreitenden Austausch zu ermöglichen. Da die Zielgruppe „digitale Eingeborene” sind (Prensky, 2001), die mit digitalen Tools und Medien aufgewachsen, verlangt es die Berufsorientierung an ihre Denk- und Lernweise anzupassen. Im Rahmen des DigiComp 4. 0. Projektes soll Jugendlichen via Berufsorientierungsmaßnahmen und Trainings der Industriesektor nähergebracht und notwendige digitale Kompetenz vermittelt werden, um damit dem Fachkräftemangel der Industrie 4.0 entgegenzuwirken. Die innovativen Kern-Outputs sind, die regionalen Knowledge Hubs und deren grenzüberschreitendes Netzwerk, wo gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern, Lösungen zu Themen wie Berufsorientierung für die Jobwelt 4.0, Triale Ausbildung und Industrie 4.0 erarbeitet und angeboten werden. Das Knowhow basiert auf der Analyse des Qualifizierungsbedarfes der Industrie 4.0, einem ´Serious Game`, Trainerausbildungen und Berufsorientierungs-Workshops für Jugendliche.

Csak úgy mint Európa nagy részében, az AT-HU határ menti régióban is problémát jelent a szakképzett munkaerő hiánya a Ipar 4.0 területén, melyet az egyre növekvő szakmai kompetencia követelmények okoznak. Innovatív, határon átnyúló intézkedésekre van szükség ahhoz, hogy a képzett munkavállalók migrációjának következményei mérséklődjenek a programrégióban. Az információs és kommunikációs technológiák a bécsi gazdaság kulcsfontosságú területei (Digitális menetrend, Bécs 2025). Az „Ipar 4.0 Burgenlandban” tanulmány megerősíti, hogy a digitalizálás megállíthatja az ipar és a képzett munkaerő kivándorlását. Egyes tanulmányok szerint a digitalizálás a nyugat-dunántúli ipar jövője (GYMSKIK). A projekt átfogó célja a fiatalokat (12-24 évesek) fogékonnyá tenni a szakképzésre, a megfelelő tanfolyamokkal felkészíteni a munkaerőpiacra, a szakképzés imázsának javítása, illetve a jövőbeni hiányszakmák azonosítása, valamint a határokon átnyúló tapasztalatcsere megkönnyítése. Mivel a célcsoport a „digitális bennszülöttek” (Prensky, 2001), akik digitális eszközökkel és médiumokkal nőttek fel, a gondolkodásmódjukat és tanulási módszereiket a pályaválasztáshoz kell igazítani. A fiatalok számára pályaorientációs tanácsadással és tréningekkel kívánjuk közelebb hozni az ipari szektort, és fejleszteni digitális kompetenciáikat, ezáltal csökkentve az Ipar 4.0 területén jelentkező szakemberhiányt. A projekt innovatív kimenetei közé tartoznak a regionális tudásközpontok és ezek határon átnyúló kapcsolatrendszerei, ahol olyan témákban keressük a megoldásokat, mint pl. a pályaválasztás a „Munka 4.0” területén, a triális képzés vagy az Ipar 4. 0. A know-how az Ipar 4.0 képesítési igényeinek elemzésén alapul, oktatói képzéseket és karrier-orientációs workshopokat kínálunk a fiatalság számára, valamint létrehozunk egy „Serious Games” alkalmazást is.
