In the face of weak or stagnating markets in industrialised countries, export consulting research needs to be strengthened and innovative instruments to support regional SMEs seeking to diversify into rapidly expanding Asian markets at the commercial, technical and financial levels. The project aims to identify, promote and pool cross-border public-private practices to penetrate these markets.

Face à la faible croissance ou stagnation des marchés des pays industrialisés, la recherche-conseil à l'export doit se renforcer et se doter d'instruments novateurs afin d'accompagner sur le plan commercial, technique et financier les PME régionales voulant se diversifier vers les marchés asiatiques en pleine expansion. Le projet vise à identifier, promouvoir et mutualiser à l'échelle transfrontalière les pratiques publiques-privées les plus innovantes pour pénétrer ces marchés.
