Description (EN): The action will increase the capacity and efficiency of Romanian and Moldavan police in crime scene investigations and management of evidences of crimes.

Expected Results (EN):

Increased technical capacity of the Forensic Science Service of Iasi County Police Inspectorate and of the Technical-Forensic and Judicial Expertise Center of the General Police Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republic of Moldova, in a 18-month period (2). Developing and implementing an information management system for managing traceability of evidences of crime scene investigations, in a 18-month period (1). Developing a common work procedure regarding crime scene investigation, in a 18-month period (1). Increasing the competences of 100 Romanian and Moldavian police officers working in forensics, in a 18-month period (100).

Expected Outputs (EN):

One information management system developed (1) - One information management system for managing traceability of evidences will be developed. One common work procedure developed (1) - One work procedure on crime scene investigation will be developed by the two project partners. Romanian and Molovan Police Officers with enhanced knowledge and competences in forensics (100) - Number of police personnel participating in common workshops/exchange of best practices and joint actions.
