Pasienio regionai yra žemo verslumo teritorijos. Jaunimas palieka regionus, nerasdami verslo galimybių juose. Projekto tikslas - stiprinti jaunimo verslumą Lietuvos ir Lenkijos pasienio regione. Konkretūs projekto uždaviniai: 1 Sutelkti suinteresuotųjų šalių kompetencijas siekiant pasiūlyti naujas paslaugas jaunimo verslumui ugdyti. 2. Suteikti jaunimui verslumo žinių ir įgūdžių. 3. Įdiegti atsakingo verslo skatinimo modelį (BONUS), kaip tvarių verslininkystės plėtros paslaugų teikimo įrankį Lietuvos ir Lenkijos pasienio regione. Projektas, paremtas dviem ideologijomis: „Verslas gali būti paprastas“ ir „Nulinių atliekų gamyba - naujos galimybės smulkiajam verslui“. Projektas apima tokias abipus sienos veiklas kaip mokymai, praktiniai seminarai, verslo simuliacijos, kuravimas (mentorystė), technologinės stovyklos, idėjų pristatymai ir ekspozicijos. Subalansuotos šiuolaikinės metodikos ir abipus sienos veikianti partnerių tinklaveika yra naujos kartos jaunimo verslumo ugdymo paslaugų pagrindas. Mes lydėsime jaunimui per visus verslo ir produktų kūrimo etapuose iki produkto pristatymo klientams. Iš viso bus įgyvendinta 107 jungtiniai renginiai, kuriuose dalyvaus 2920 dalyvių.

Description (EN):

The overall objective of the project "Business can be simple!" - enhance youth entrepreneurship in the border region of Lithuania and Poland. Specific objectives of the project: 1. To consolidate stake holders competencies for new youth entrepreneurship development services; 2. To provide the youth with entrepreneurship knowledge and skills; 3. To implement responsible business promotion model (BONUS) as a tool for sustainable entrepreneurship development service in Lithuania-Poland border region. Project based on two ideologies: “Business can be simple” and “Zero waste production – new possibilities for small business”. Project covers such cross border activities as training, practical workshops, business simulations, mentoring, technological camps, pitching events, expositions. Balanced combination of modern methodologies and cross border social networking based implementation is a base for as a new generation entrepreneurship development services for youth. It will guide the youth through the all business and products creation stages, till the product presentation for customers. Totally morethan one hundred joint events will be implemented and nearly 3000 participants will take part in it.

Regiony przygraniczne to obszary o niskiej przedsiębiorczości. Młodzież opuszcza regiony, nie zdając sobie sprawy z możliwości biznesowych w regionach. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie przedsiębiorczości młodzieży w przygranicznym regionie Litwy i Polski. Szczegółowe cele projektu: 1. Aby skonsolidować kompetencje zainteresowanych stron w zakresie nowych usług rozwoju przedsiębiorczości młodzieży. 2. Zapewnienie młodzieży wiedzy i umiejętności z zakresu przedsiębiorczości. 3. Wdrożenie modelu odpowiedzialnej promocji biznesu (BONUS) jako narzędzia do świadczenia usług zrównoważonego rozwoju przedsiębiorczości w regionie przygranicznym Litwa-Polska. Projekt oparty na dwóch ideologiach: „Biznes może być prosty” i „Zero produkcji odpadów - nowe możliwości dla małego biznesu”. Projekt obejmuje takie działania transgraniczne, jak szkolenia, warsztaty praktyczne, symulacje biznesowe, mentoring, obozy technologiczne, imprezy pitchingowe, wystawy. Zrównoważone połączenie nowoczesnych metodologii i wdrożenia opartego na transgranicznych sieciach społecznościowych stanowi podstawę usług rozwoju przedsiębiorczości dla młodzieży nowej generacji. Poprowadzi młodzież przez wszystkie etapy tworzenia biznesu i produktów, aż do prezentacji produktu klientom. Zrealizowanych zostanie 107 wspólnych wydarzeń, w których weźmie udział 2920 uczestników

Achievements (EN):

In the framework of the project, mentoring trainings, practice share events, entrepreneur coaching training, Business case preparation (Practical workshop), on line trainings, Prototyping Camps, International expositions, Open pavilions in the regions, Business leader’s camp, Opening conference and Closing event/forum were organised. What is more, some business case competitions (Hackathons), sustainable innovations creativity events and mentoring meetings were organised as local events. Updated mentoring tools and business cases were prepared in national languages, the map of secondary raw materials and competencies available at the Lithuanian-Polish border were prepared.
