The “NOE-NOAH” project implements a cross-border network of partners carrying shared actions promoting ecological citizen reconnexions in the Greater Region.By building on fundamental issues (preservation of biodiversity, climate change, industrial pollution, food autonomy, conservation of resources...), the cooperation initiated carries innovative actions promoting strong citizen, participatory and social inclusion as well as a sustainable development of our common territory.This multisectoral cross-border network (social, citizenship, nature, science, culture, tourism, youth...) and multi-territorial (rural and urban areas) develops a programme of co-constructed and co-realised initiatives. Different thematic arches have been selected: education, citizenship, ecological and social utopias, creation and innovation.

Le projet "NOE-NOAH" met en œuvre un réseau transfrontalier de partenaires porteurs d'actions partagées favorisant les reconnexions écologiques citoyennes en Grande Région.En prenant appui sur des enjeux fondamentaux (préservation de la biodiversité, évolutions climatiques, pollutions industrielles, autonomie alimentaire, préservation des ressources…), la coopération initiée porte des actions innovantes favorisant une inclusion citoyenne, participative et sociale forte ainsi qu'un développement durable de notre territoire commun.Ce réseau transfrontalier multisectoriel (social, citoyenneté, nature, sciences, culture, tourisme, jeunesse...) et multi-territorial (espaces ruraux et urbains) développe un programme d'initiatives co-construites et co-réalisées. Différentes arches thématiques ont été retenues: éducation, citoyenneté, utopies écologiques et sociales, création et innovation.

Achievements (EN):

Between 2017 and 2021, 27 partners formed a “common network to restore innovative and citizen-oriented ecological relations in the Greater Region” and jointly develop numerous actions. In concrete terms, the actions pursue a dual objective: The enhancement and protection of biodiversity and the simultaneous creation of social links between the inhabitants, with a particular focus on children and people on the margins of society. More than 2 million inhabitants of the Greater Region have benefited from some 300 actions carried out in this context: Garden design, training courses, cultural events, artist residencies, creation of educational materials, workshops... The results of the project are presented on the blog noenoah.eu.

Achievements (DE):

Zwischen 2017 und 2021 haben 27 Partner bilden ein „gemeinsames Netzwerk zur Wiederherstellung innovativer und bürgerorientierter ökologischer Beziehungen in der Großregion“ gebildet und entwickeln gemeinsam zahlreiche Aktionen. Konkret verfolgen die Aktionen eine doppelte Zielsetzung: Die Aufwertung und den Schutz der biologischen Vielfalt und die gleichzeitige Schaffung sozialer Verbindungen zwischen den Einwohnern, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Kinder und Personen am Rande der Gesellschaft. Mehr als 2 Millionen Einwohner der Großregion haben von etwa 300 Aktionen profitiert, die in diesem Rahmen durchgeführt wurden: Gartengestaltung, Schulungen, kulturelle Veranstaltungen, Künstlerresidenzen, Erstellung von pädagogischen Materialien, Workshops… Die Ergebnisse des Projekts werden auf dem Blog noenoah.eu vorgestellt.
