Description (EN):

The general objective of the project is the improvement of the educational services and ensurance of the special conditions designed for children and disabled youth with SEN, and the support of the active inclusion services, in order to prevent the professional and social exclusion of the students from 2 Special Schools from Botoșani County (RO) and from the Inclusive Center for children from Hliboca District (UA). The project will be developed for 18months and it covers the needs identified at the level of the involved organisations, focusing on the improvement of educational infrastructure, know-how and experience exchange between the staff from the 2 countries and 3 institutions, underlining the European dimension of the problems. The result is focused on the improvement of the physical conditions of 783 children with SEN and on the increasement of the educational and training services quality, adapted to disabled persons” needs, relevant from the inclusion point of view, until 2023. The general objective is developed according with the Fundamental Rights Charta of the EU, which promotes, among others, human dignity, the right of gender equality, children*s rights, education and labour right, integration of the disabled people.

Expected Results (EN):

Development of the material base from the targeted schools and center in order to allow the development of some activities for disabled students physical rehabilitation (kinetotherapy lab, speech therapy lab, sport field) and for their professional skills achievement (endowment of the workshops),incresing in this way the atractivity of the special educational system, which could, in this way, offers activities and programes covering the children*s needs for their personal development and facilitating their integration of the labour market; Good practices and know-how exchange on the continous professional development of the teachers and non-teaching staff, in order to permanet satisfy the inclusive education system needs (aknowledgement of the disabled people problems, and use of the means for them, alternative and argumentative communication system,educational materials and techniques designed for students with SEN), during the 18 months of the implementation; Providing the educational services for the children with SEN from Hlyboka district, through the establishment of a new Inclusive Center, which will ensure the children*s right general and complete education, access to professional education and to the university level education, based on each child skills, through the necessary methods. Thus, the project, through its objectives, contributes to the co-operation between the education institutions, contributing to an increase of educational programmes quality from Romania and Ukraine, as well as to the improvement of accessibility to education and insurance of relevant skills for the labour market.

Expected Outputs (EN): 130 people benefitting from all types of activities that received funding within the CBC programme.
