Un réseau internet indépendant et renforcé: CARIBIX est un projet visant à développer des points d'échanges internet sur Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy et la Guadeloupe. L'objectif est d'ordonner, de contrôler et de sécuriser le trafic DATA, en fournissant également un meilleur service local de télécommunication, aux opérateurs, comme aux utilisateurs. Objectif global: Réduire la disparité d'accès aux technologies informatiques et au développement de ce domaine dans la Caraïbe. Favoriser le renforceme.

Description (EN):

An independent and strengthened internet network: CARIBIX is a project aimed at developing internet exchange points on Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy and Guadeloupe. The aim is to order, control and secure DATA traffic, also providing better local telecommunication service to both operators and users. Overall objective: Reduce disparity in access to and development of computer technologies in the Caribbean. Encourage it to strengthen it.
