Common challenges: high unemployment, low-skill, aging, migration of the active age population. Comprehensive purpose : sustainable exploitation of local natural and human resources, producing and marketing products with high added value, creating workplaces and propagating knowledge of management and processing industry. Desired change: unemployment will decrease and business activity, local business income and local added value will increase. Project partners want to reach the aims above by modern reorganizing of hemp industry along the best developing and greatest added value products. Council of Karos township has an immovable estate of 0,7229 hectare. On the realty site development and building of a 400m2 hall construction will be realized. The operation is handed over by the local authority to an economic operator, solely for hemp processing. Municipality of Vel’ký Horeš (Obec Vel’ký Horeš) found EXPO that will be locale of product presentation and professional events. It will show the results of Hungarian partners for Slovak enterprises to stimulate them taking part in the local development of hemp industry. They renew the building of the old school with 565,72 m2 area and its yard. A conference hall with a part of sample workshop with museum and an exhibition hall will be established. The restrooms in the building also will be modernized, corridors, stairs and the building will be suitable for disabled people.

Spoločné výzvy: vysoká nezamestnanosť, nedostatočná kvalifikovanosť, prestarnuté obyvateľstvo, migrácia aktívneho obyvateľstva za prácou Hlavný cieľ: trvalo udržateľné využívanie miestnych prírodných a ľudských zdrojov, výroba a predaj výrobkov s vysokou pridanou hodnotou, vytváranie pracovných miest a šírenie vedomostí a know-how o hospodárení a spracovaní konope. Zmena, ktorú chceme dosiahnuť: nezamestnanosť klesne a hospodárska aktivita, príjmy z miestnych podnikateľských daní a miestna pridaná hodnota sa zvýšia. Partneri projektu budú tieto ciele dosahovať prostredníctvom modernizácie a revitalizácie konopného priemyslu, využitím vývojových centier a rozvoja produktov s najväčšou pridanou hodnotou. Obec Karos má k dispozícii nehnuteľnosť s rozlohou 0,7229 ha. Na pozemku sa uskutoční výstavba verejnoprospešného areálu, výrobnej haly o rozlohe 400 m 2. Prevádzku odovzdá miestny orgán prostredníctvom výberového konania, hospodárskemu subjektu výhradne na spracovanie konope. Obec Veľký Horeš: zriadi EXPO - priestor na demonštráciu výrobkov a organizovanie odborných podujatí. Bude prezentovať výsledky dosiahnuté maďarskými partnermi slovenským spoločnostiam a súkromným podnikateľom a bude iniciovať a podporovať ich aktívnu účasť na regionálnom rozvoji konopného priemyslu. Zrekonštruuje sa stará nevyužívaná školská budova celkovej podlahovej plochy 565,72 m2 a jej priľahlý pozemok. Vznikne tak moderná konferenčná miestnosť, vzorová výrobňa s múzejnou expozíciou a výstavná sieň. V budove budú zrekonštruované aj toalety, chodby, schody a budova bude mať aj bezbariérový prístup, bude dostupná aj pre ľudí z pohybovým obmedzením.

Közös kihívások: magas munkanélküliség, alulképzettség, elöregedés, az aktív korú lakosság elvándorlása. Átfogó cél: a helyi természeti és humán erőforrások fenntartható hasznosítása, magas hozzáadott értékű termékek előállítása és értékesítése, munkahelyek teremtése és gazdálkodási, feldolgozó-ipari ismeretek terjesztése. Elérni kívánt változás: csökkenni fog a munkanélküliség és növekedni fog a vállalkozási aktivitás, a helyi iparűzési adóbevétel, valamint a helyi hozzáadott érték. A projektpartnerek fenti célokat a kenderipar korszerű újjászervezése révén kívánják elérni, a legjobban fejlődő és legnagyobb hozzáadott értékű termékpályák mentén. Karos Község Önkormányzata 0,7229 ha alapterületű ingatlannal rendelkezik. Az ingatlanon közmű- és telephelyfejlesztés, 400 m2-es üzemcsarnok építése fog megvalósulni. Az üzemeltetést az önkormányzat pályázat útján gazdasági szereplőnek adja át, kizárólag kender feldolgozási céllal. Nagygéres Község (Obec Veľký Horeš) EXPO-t létesít, ami termékbemutatók, szakmai rendezvények színtere lesz. A magyarországi partnerek által létrehozott eredményeket bemutatja szlovákiai vállalkozásoknak, ösztönözve őket arra, hogy vegyenek részt a kenderipar térségi fejlesztésében. Felújítják a régi iskola épületét 565,72 m2 alapterületen és annak udvarát. Létesül egy konferenciaterem egy minta műhely múzeum résszel és egy kiállító terem. Az épületben felújításra kerülnek a mellékhelyiségek is, folyosók, lépcsők és az épület mozgáskorlátozottak számára is alkalmas lesz.

Expected Results (EN):

The action plan targets the exploitation of the endogenous potentials of the region, namely the traditions and knowledge on hemp growing and processing. The introduction of the industrial sector of the future within the region should remarkably improve the attractiveness of the area and create new sources of incomes, which will improve the living conditions and the population retaining capacities of the territory. By implementing the TAPE, a gradual process can be launched at the end of which, the local entrepreneurs become capable to produce high-quality finished products, as well. This process will result in higher economic attractiveness of the region and higher employment level.
