The overall objective of “CREA CENTERS” is "to establish and develop structures and networks for designers, entrepreneurs, academicians and artists of different disciplines operating in the field of cultural and creative industries (CCIs) in the Black Sea Basin, that provide free work and creation environment, facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology, develop cooperation with the investors and customers and offer products and services to global networks." While in the Basin, exists entities representing CCIs; their pro-development role is not quite the object of public authorities’ or residents’ interests. All regional, national and local authorities need more studies on: the state of the creative industry; its share in socio-economic development of the region; relations in projects of the cultural and creative sectors entities with related/dependent sectors; on the concept of development of such industries. Important barrier to the development of creative industries in the region is also the lack of adequate infrastructures where creative individuals and communities can work and erect networks among thesector. Co-working spaces provide a comfortable working eco system where co-workers can freely develop creativity, with inspiration, ideas, contributors or constructive critics from different disciplines, instant feedback, constant collaborations and initiatives, and the best model through revisions while designing. By the proposed Action, 5 co-working spaces will be established in partner locations. TR and UA partners will have small-scale investments to establish the spaces. 300 CCIs co-workers (60 per partner location) will use the open offices, workshop and conference halls and maker labs in these co-working spaces. İn the fist year of the project, investments, purchase of goods and services, defining target groups and preparation activities will be held. And creative mass events below will be held through out the second year of theAction. 10 feedback sessions;20 participants per event and totally 200 people 10 "101 Introductory Lessons "; 20 participants per event and totally 200 people 10 Demo-day events; 20 participants per event and totally 200 people 25 workshops; 20 participants per event and totally 500 people 10 creative meetings; 50 participants per event and totally 500 people 20 Training Seminars; 25 participants per event and totally 500 people 1 international Conference; 60 participants Totally 86 mass events 17 per partner in 5 locations will be organized, international conference will be organized by Constanta Municipality. 2160 people will participate the creative events.

Expected Results (EN): R 1.1 Strength of cross-border business opportunities in the tourism and cultural sectors

Expected Outputs (EN):

1. 300 CCIs co-workers (60 per partner co-working space) use open offices, workshop and conference halls and maker labs in the newly established 5 co-working spaces. 2. 200 people attended 10 feedback sessions (20 persons per event) and 200 people attended (20 persons per event) 10 "101 Introductory Lessons" increased participants' interaction, collaboration potential and knowledge about different specializations. 3. With 10 Demo-day events and digital kick-starters, 10 designers have the opportunity to present their new products to 200 beneficiaries, clients and investors. (20 participants per event) 4. 1000 participants have received new information in the field of innovation and creativity by attending 25 workshops (20 persons per event), 10 creative meetings (50 persons per event) focused on design and innovation. 5. 500 people attended 20 Training seminars (25 persons per seminar) on entrepreneurship, business development, copyrights, access to finance and marketing. Designers are attempting to transform their designs into commercial products. 6. A joint approach strategy was developed for the CCIs in the region with the international conference with at least 12 participants from each region (60 people in total with project teams). 7. Experience sharing and cooperation opportunities between the co-workers is increased with the established network. The goal is 5 institutions and 2160 participants in the first year of the network.
