Description (EN):

In the Pyrenean territories, the local resources such as forests and agriculture are not exploited optimally. This is partly due to forest and agricultural formations that are not adapted to local realities or the professional world. Mèstres' primary objective is the improvement of forest and agricultural machinery formations through the creation of an educational reference system of forest and agricultural machinery trainer. The development of pedagogical, technical and practical skills of the trainers has been identified as a key element to achieve our goal. This reference system will allow, at the end of the project, to create a recognized and equivalent certificate in both sides of the border, which does not exist at the present. The expected medium and long-term impact is to facilitate access for young people and jobseekers to highly qualified forestry and agricultural jobs, as well as the sustainable use of local resources and the creation of new local businesses. These three elements will promote the sustainable and endogenous development of the Pyrenees and increase its territorial attractiveness.

En los territorios pirenaicos, los recursos locales como los bosques y la agricultura no se explotan de manera óptima. Esto se debe en parte a que las formaciones forestales y agrícolas no están adaptadas ni a las realidades locales ni al mundo profesional. En este sentido, el principal objetivo de Mèstres es la mejora de las formaciones forestales y de maquinaria agraria a través de la creación de un marco pedagógico de referencia para formadores forestales y de maquinaria agraria. El desarrollo de las habilidades pedagógicas, técnicas y prácticas de los formadores ha sido identificado como un elemento clave para alcanzar nuestro objetivo. Este marco pedagógico permitirá la continuación del proyecto creando una formación reconocida y equivalente en ambos lados de la frontera, que no existe en este momento. El impacto deseado a medio y largo plazo es facilitar el acceso de los jóvenes y solicitantes de empleo a trabajos forestales y agrícolas altamente calificados, así como el uso sostenible de los recursos territoriales y la creación de nuevas empresas locales. Estos tres elementos promoverán el desarrollo sostenible y endógeno de los Pirineos y aumentarán su atractividad territorial.

Dans les territoires pyrénéens, les ressources locales comme la forêt et l'agriculture ne sont pas exploités de façon optimale. Ceci est dû en partie à des formations forestières et agricoles qui ne sont pas adaptées ni aux réalités locales ni au monde professionnel. Dans ce sens, Mèstres a pour objectif principal l’amélioration des formations forestières et de machinisme agricole à travers de la création d'un référentiel pédagogique de formateur forestier. La monté en compétences pédagogiques, techniques et pratiques des formateurs a été identifié comme un élément clé pour attendre notre objectif. Ce référentiel permettra à la suite du projet de créer une formation reconnue et équivalent dans les deux côtés de la frontière, ce qui n'existe pas pour l'instant. L'impact recherché est faciliter l’accès aux jeunes et aux demandeurs d'emploi à des postes de travaux forestiers et agricoles hautement qualifiés, ainsi que l'exploitation durable des ressources locales et la création de nouvelles entreprises locales. Ces trois éléments favoriseront le développement durable et endogène des Pyrénées et augmentera son attractivité territoriale.
