Description (IT): L’obiettivo del progetto è di sostenere l’imprenditorialità nel settore dell’allevamento ovino in Tunisia e in Italia attraverso il miglioramento dei metodi di gestione e la valorizzazione della qualità e della specificità dei suoi prodotti.

Description (EN): The objective of the project is to support entrepreneurship in the sheep farming sector in Tunisia and Italy by improving driving methods and enhancing the quality and specificity of its products.

Expected Results (IT):

Creazione del primo marchio di carne rossa ("Noir the Thibar" ); diffusione dell'esperienza pilota nelle regioni target ed estensione del progetto al settore dell'ecoturismo e della ristorazione; sviluppo e sostegno dell'imprenditorialità nel settore dell'allevamento ovino RNT; implementazione di sistemi di tracciabilità, certificazione e controllo dei prodotti etichettati; sviluppo del controllo di qualità RNT.

Expected Results (EN):

To create the first red meat label ("Noir the Thibar" ); disseminate the pilot experience in the target regions and extend the project to the field of ecotourism and food services; promote and support the RNT sheep farming sector; set up traceability, certification and control systems for labelled products; develop RNT quality control

Expected Results (FR):

Créer le premier label viande rouge “Noir de Thibar” ; dissémination de l’expérience pilote dans les régions cibles et l’extension du projet au domaine de l’écotourisme et la restauration ; valorisation et appui à l’entreprenariat de la filière d’élevage ovin RNT ; mise en place de systèmes de traçabilité, de certification et de contrôle des produits labellisé ; développement du contrôle - qualité RNT.

1 società mutualistica di servizi agricoli (SMSA) per garantire il controllo della qualità delle carni nella fase successiva alla macellazione e per facilitare la vendita di prodotti certificati; 3 accordi di partenariato tra operatori siciliani e tunisini; 1 accordo consortile tra gli operatori del settore delle carni ovine; qualificazione del personale specializzato; 3 linee guida sulle buone pratiche per la valorizzazione delle risorse alimentari, per la produzione di agnelli NT e per l'igiene, il trasporto e la macellazione; Installazione di un sistema innovativo di macellazione e sezionamento

1 Joint agricultural services company (SMSA) to guarantee the quality control of meat in the post-slaughter chain and to ease the sale of certified products; 3 Partnership agreements between Sicilian and Tunisian operators; 1 Consortium agreement among the sheep meat sector operators; Qualification of specialised personnel; 3 Good practice guides for the valorisation of food resources, for the production of NT lambs and for hygiene, transport and slaughter; Installation of an innovative slaughtering and cutting system

1 société mutuelle de services agricoles (SMSA) pour garantir le contrôle de la qualité des viandes dans le maillon post-abattage et faciliter l’écoulement des produits certifiés ; 3 Conventions de partenariat entre opérateurs siciliens et tunisiens ; 1 Accord de consortium entre les opérateurs de la filière viande ovine ; Qualification de personnels spécialisés ; 3 Guides de bonnes pratiques pour la valorisation des ressources alimentaires, pour la production des agneaux NT et pour l'hygiène, transport et abattage ; Installation d'un système d'abattage et de découpe innovants
