The aim of the project is to work together key players in the regional training and innovation system of Western Slovakia and East Austria in order to optimise the transfer of knowledge in the training of doctors and medical health professions, to build the necessary infrastructure and to train teachers adequately. In particular, in the age of digitalisation, a functional integration of traditional and virtual anatomy into innovative, cross-border anatomical courses and training concepts will be established. Know-how and practical experience with the use of virtual anatomical teaching materials and the implementation of coordinated anatomical courses are transferred from the Medical Faculty of Comenius University (LFUK) in Bratislava to the student and academic teachers of the Medical University of Vienna (MedUni Vienna). Know-how in the involvement of student employees in the theoretical and practical small-group teaching of anatomical dry and wet preparations in large cohorts, is transferred from MedUni Vienna to LFUK Bratislava. The focus will be on knowledge control in a blended learning setting, as well as concepts for the education and training and motivation of student teachers. Together, digitally supported courses are developed that integrate traditional and modern teaching and learning methods and concepts. They will benefit students of human and dentistry and, due to the cooperation of the universities with regional universities of applied sciences, academies and schools for medical health professions (regions of Bratislava, Vienna, Lower Austria), students of the courses established there. The project establishes a long-term, cross-border cooperation between LFUK and MedUni Vienna and will have an impact on the health care and care of the regional population.

Ziel des Projektes ist die Zusammenarbeit der Schlüsselakteure im regionalen Ausbildungs- und Innovationssystem von West-Slowakei bzw. Ost-Österreich, um den Wissenstransfer in der Ausbildung von Ärzten und medizinischen Gesundheitsberufen zu optimieren, die dazu notwendige Infrastruktur aufzubauen und die Lehrenden adäquat auszubilden. Insbesondere soll im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung eine funktionelle Integration von traditioneller und virtueller Anatomie in innovativen, grenzüberschreitenden anatomischen Lehrveranstaltungen und Ausbildungskonzepten etabliert werden. Know-how und praktische Erfahrung mit dem Einsatz virtueller anatomischer Lehrmittel und der Implementierung darauf abgestimmter anatomischer Lehrveranstaltungen werden von der Medizinischen Fakultät der Comenius Universität (LFUK) in Bratislava an die studentischen und akademischen Lehrenden der Medizinischen Universität Wien (MedUni Wien) transferiert. Know-how in der Einbeziehung studentischer Mitarbeiter/innen im theoretischen und praktischen Kleingruppenunterricht an anatomischen Trocken- und Feuchtpräparaten in großen Kohorten, wird von der MedUni Wien an die LFUK Bratislava transferiert. Schwerpunkte werden dabei die Wissenskontrolle in einem blended learning setting, sowie Konzepte zur Aus- und Weiterbildung und Motivation von studentischen Lehrenden sein. Gemeinsam werden digital unterstützte Lehrveranstaltungen entwickelt, die traditionelle und moderne Lehr- und Lernmethoden und -konzepte integrieren. Sie werden Studierenden der Human- und Zahnmedizin und, aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit der Universitäten mit regionalen Fachhochschulen, Akademien und Schulen für medizinische Gesundheitsberufe (Regionen Bratislava, Wien, Niederösterreich), Studierenden der dort etablierten Studiengängen zugutekommen. Das Projekt begründet eine langfristige, grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit zwischen der LFUK und der MedUni Wien und wird Einfluss auf die Gesundheitsvorsorge und -versorgung der regionalen Bevölkerung haben.

Cieľom projektu je spolupráca kľúčových aktérov regionálneho vzdelávacieho a inovačného systému západného Slovenska / východného Rakúska s cieľom optimalizovať prenos vedomostí lekárom a študentom zdravotníckych povolaní, vybudovať pre to potrebnú infraštruktúru a adekvátne vzdelať vyučujúcich. Najmä vo veku digitalizácie sa má vytvoriť funkčné prepojenie medzi tradičnou a virtuálnou anatómiou v rámci inovatívnych cezhraničných anatomických kurzoch a vzdelávacích konceptoch. Pedagógom a študentom, ktorí pracujú na Lekárskej fakulte Viedeň (MedUni Wien) odovzdajú know-how a praktické skúsenosti ohľadne využívania virtuálnych anatomických učebných pomôcok a zavedenia koordinovaných anatomických seminárov zamestnanci LFUK v Bratislave. Know-how o tom, ako zapojiť tútorov (inštruktorov) do teoretických a praktických lekcií malých skupín študentov, ktoré sa uskutočňujú na anatomických suchých a mokrých preparátoch vo veľkých skupinách študujúcich prenesie MedUni Wien do LFUK Bratislava. Dôraz sa bude klásť na kontrolu znalostí v prostredí zmiešaného vzdelávania, ako aj na koncepty výučby a ďalšieho vzdelávania a motivácie študentských inštruktorov. Spoločne sa vytvoria digitálne podporované kurzy, ktoré integrujú tradičné a moderné vyučovacie a učebné metódy a koncepcie. Tieto budú poskytnuté študentom všeobecného a zubného lekárstva a na základe spolupráce univerzít s regionálnymi univerzitami aplikovaných vied, akadémií a zdravotníckych škôl (regióny Bratislava, Viedeň, Dolné Rakúsko) budú mať z tu zriadených študijných programov prospech aj študenti týchto škôl. Tento projekt je katalyzátorom dlhodobej cezhraničnej spolupráce medzi LFUK a MedUni Wien a bude mať vplyv na zdravotnú prevenciu a poskytovanie zdravotnej starostlivosti pre obyvateľstvo v tomto regióne.

Expected Results (DE):

Das Projekt wird die anatomische Ausbildung für Studierende der Human- und Zahnmedizin, sowie, längerfristig, für Studierende der Gesundheitsberufe modernisieren und nachhaltig optimieren. Es wird daher nicht nur an den beteiligten Universitäten sondern, grenzüberschreitend auch an den Fachhochschulen der gesamten Region einen positiven Effekt auf die Ausbildungsqualität haben. Die verbesserte anatomische Ausbildung, vor allem in Berufen in denen Anatomie eine wesentliche Rolle spielt, wie Humanmedizin, Zahnmedizin, Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie und dem radiologisch technischen Dienst wird durch eine Erhöhung des Ausbildungsstandes der Absolventen/innen substantiell dazu beitragen, dass die regionale Gesundheitsversorgung optimiert und ein wichtiger Beitrag zur Gesundheitsvorsorge erbracht wird. Das im Projekt zu etablierende anatomische hybrid Ausbildungskonzept und die im Projekt zu entwickelnden Lehrveranstaltungen sind hochinnovativ. Die beiden Partner werden die ersten Institutionen weltweit sein, die ein solches Konzept in der Form entwickeln und umsetzen. Die Region wird dadurch zum Innovationsleader im modernen anatomischen Unterricht in den Bereichen Human- und Zahnmedizin und in den Gesundheitsberufen. Aufgrund der Gewichtung und Kompetenz, die die beiden Projektpartner in ihren nationalen und internationalen Bildungs- und Forschungslandschaften innehaben, werden sie eine wichtige Vorreiterrolle wahrnehmen und in der Lage sein einen Innovationstransfer aus der Region in nationale und internationale Bildungseinrichtungen einzuleiten und durchzuführen.

Expected Results (SK):

Tento projekt zmodernizuje a udržateľne optimalizuje anatomické vzdelávanie pre študentov humánneho a zubného lekárstva, z dlhodobého hľadiska ako aj vzdelávanie pre zdravotníckych pracovníkov. Preto bude mať nielen pozitívny vplyv na kvalitu vzdelávania na zúčastnených univerzitách, ale aj plošne na univerzitách aplikovaných vied v celom regióne. Zdokonalený anatomický výcvik, najmä v povolaniach, v ktorých hrá anatómia dôležitú úlohu, napríklad v oblasti humánneho lekárstva, zubného lekárstva, fyzioterapie, ergoterapie a rádiologickej technickej služby, významne prispeje k zlepšeniu regionálnej zdravotnej starostlivosti zvýšením úrovne vzdelania absolventov, čo predstavuje dôležitý príspevok k zdravotnej starostlivosti. Koncepcia anatomického hybridného vzdelávania, ktorá sa má implementovať v projekte, ako aj kurzy, ktoré sa majú v projekte rozvíjať, sú vysoko inovatívne. Obaja partneri budú prvými inštitúciami v regióne, ktoré vyvinú a implementujú takýto koncept vo výučbe. V dôsledku toho sa región stáva lídrom v oblasti inovácií v oblasti modernej anatomickej výchovy v oblasti ľudského a zubného lekárstva a prípravy na zdravotnícke povolanie. Z dôvodu dôrazu a kompetencie, ktorú majú obaja partneri projektu vo svojej národnej a medzinárodnej vzdelávacej a výskumnej oblasti, budú hrať dôležitú priekopnícku úlohu a budú schopní iniciovať a implementovať transfer inovácií z regiónu do národných a medzinárodných vzdelávacích inštitúcií.
