Description (EN):

The project aims to present the impact of climate change on March and set measures in the estuary for an improved water balance. As a result, the habitat in the main river and in the foreland benefits for people and nature. By means of hydraulic measures, the water level is to be raised in the riverbed of the March in the low waterways during the months without precipitation, especially in summer. This makes this area sustainable and significantly enhances the low-structural flow. Synergies of the Kli-Ma project arise particularly with Austrian-Slovak INTERREG projects such as Prodam, BAUM2020 or the project MreNa — Leisure Shipping on March. But the results from the EU-funded LIFE+ project Renaturation Lower March-Auen as well as findings from Austrian-Czech projects such as a currently submitted climate project are also taken into account.

Das Projekt soll Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf die March darstellen und Maßnahmen im Mündungsabschnitt für einen verbesserten Wasserhaushalt setzen. Dadurch profitiert der Lebensraum im Hauptfluss und im Vorland für Mensch und Natur. Durch wasserbauliche Maßnahmen soll der Wasserspiegel bei sehr niedrigen Wasserführungen in den niederschlagslosen Monaten, vor allem im Sommer, im Flussbett der March angehoben werden. Damit wird dieser Bereich nachhaltig nutzbar und wertet den strukturarmen Fluss ökologisch deutlich auf. Synergien des Kli-Ma Projekts ergeben sich besonders mit österreichisch-slowakischen INTERREG Projekten wie etwa ProDaM, BAUM2020 oder dem Projekt MreNa – Freizeitschifffahrt an der March. Aber auch die Ergebnisse aus dem von der EU geförderten LIFE+ Projekts Renaturierung Untere March-Auen sowie Erkenntnisse aus österreichisch-tschechischen Projekten wie einem aktuell eingereichten Klima Projekt werden berücksichtigt.

Projekt má popísať vplyvy zmeny klímy na rieku Morava a stanoviť opatrenia v úseku ústia za účelom zlepšenia vodného režimu. Týmto bude profitovať životný priestor koryta toku a inundácie pre človeka aj prírodu. Vodohospodárskymi úpravnými opatreniami by sa mali zlepšiť hladiny pri veľmi nízkych prietokoch v koryte Moravy, zapríčinené mesiacmi bez zrážok – najmä v lete. Takýmto spôsobom bude toto územie trvalo využiteľné a budú ekologicky výrazne zhodnotené chýbajúce štruktúry v toku. Synergie projektu Kli-Ma sú najmä s projektmi v rámci slovensko-rakúskeho programu INTRREG, ako napr. ProDaM, BAUM2020 alebo projektu MreNa – rekreačná plavba na Morave. Taktiež budú zohľadnené aj výsledky projektu LIFE+ renaturalizácia nivy dolnej Moravy podporeného v rámci operačného programu EÚ.ako aj z česko-rakúskych projektov ako napr. z práve predkladanej žiadosti projektu Klima formou využitia dát a projektových podkladov z týchto projektov.

Expected Results (DE):

Durch das Kli-Ma Projekt ergeben sich in der Region und dadurch grenzüberschreitend positive Auswirkungen auf den Wasserhaushalt, die Ökologie, potentielle anthropogene Nutzungen sowie durch die begleitende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit auf die Bevölkerung.Konkret bezieht sich die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit unter anderem auf folgende Zielgruppen: Wasserbauverwaltungen, Schüler und Studenten, Experten aus Ökologie und Wasserwirtschaft, Regionale Verwaltungen. Durch die im Projekt Kli-Ma eingesetzten finanziellen Mittel entsteht ein Mehrwert nicht nur für die Wasserbauverwaltungen, sondern die gesamte Region.

Expected Results (SK):

Projektom Kli-Ma vznikajú pozitívne vplyvy na vodný režim, ekológiu, potenciálne antropogénne využitie v regióne, a teda aj cezhranične a tiež na súbežnú prácu s verejnosťou informovaním obyvateľstva. Práca s verejnosťou sa okrem iného konkrétne vzťahuje na nasledovné cieľové skupiny: Vodohospodárske správy, Žiaci a študenti, experti na ekológiu a vodné hospodárstvo, Regionálne správy. Finančnými prostriedkami vynaloženými cez projekt Kli-Ma vznikne pridaná hodnota nielen pre vodohospodárske správy, ale aj pre celý región.
