Im Projekt RegioCoop SK-AT (Regional Cooperation SK-AT) geht es um den Austausch zur Erreichung eines gemeinsamen Ziels. Es sollen sich am Ende des Projektes strategische Themen im Funktionsgebiete auf slowakischer und österreichischer Seite herauskristallisieren. Diese strategischen Themen können als Grundlage für eine weitere grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit dienen. Das Projekt konkretisiert und kanalisiert Bedarfe in der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit auf slowakischer und österreichischer Seite.Eingebunden werden (Mikro-)Regionen, die Länder, Gemeinden, Städte und unterschiedliche Stakeholder, die auch grenzüberschreitend Austausch pflegen. Ebenso wird die Expertise der Projektträger aus abgeschlossenen, laufenden und zukünftiger Projekte eingebunden und miteinander vernetzt. Damit werden auch der Bedarf des Austausches unter den Projekten vertieft und Ideen ausgetauscht.

The project RegioCoop SK-AT (Regional Cooperation SK-AT) is about the exchange to achieve a common goal. At the end of the project, strategic topics in the functional areas on the Slovak and Austrian sides are to emerge. These strategic issues can serve as a basis for further cross-border cooperation. The project concretises and channels needs in cross-border cooperation on the Slovak and Austrian side.Includes (micro) regions, the Länder, municipalities, cities and different stakeholders who also maintain cross-border exchanges. The expertise of project promoters from completed, ongoing and future projects will also be integrated and networked with each other. This also deepens the need for exchange among the projects and exchanges ideas.

V projekte RegioCoop SK-AT (Regional Cooperation SK-AT) ide o výmenu v prospech spoločného cieľa. V závere projektu sa majú vyprofilovať strategické témy vo funkčnom území na slovenskej i rakúskej strane. Tieto strategické témy môžu poslúžiť ako základ pre ďalšiu cezhraničnú spoluprácu. Projekt konkretizuje a usmerňuje dopyty v cezhraničnej spolupráci na slovenskej i rakúskej strane. Zapojení budú (mikro-)regióny, kraje, obce, mestá i rôzny stakeholderi, ktorí sa tiež venujú cezhraničnej spolupráci. Tiež budú využité a vzájomne sieťované expertízne znalosti a skúsenosti nositeľov projektov zo zrealizovaných, aktuálnych i budúcich projektov. Tým sa zintenzívni tiež potreba vzájomnej výmeny medzi projektmi a dôjde k výmene nápadov.

Expected Results (DE):

Das Projekt „RegioCoop SK-AT“ schliesst auf das Schaffen grenzüberschreitender Austauschplattformen und an das regionale Kooperationsmanagement zwischen slowakischen und österreichischen Organisationen an. Es ist ein Synergieprojekt zum Projekt RECOM SKAT, an dem sich der Selbstverwaltungskreis Bratislava aktiv beteiligte, sowie zum Projekt ConnReg SK-AT, in dem dieser lediglich als ein strategischer Partner auftrat. Das Gesamtziel ist eine weitere Vertiefung, eine effiziente Zielsetzung und eine gute Ausrichtung der jetzigen wie auch der künftigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen öffentlichen Institutionen mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Selbstverwaltungseinheiten. Das wird erreicht einerseits über Stärkung von Zusammenarbeit und der Kapazitäten der grenzüberschreitenden Partner aus dem öffentlichen Sektor mit Ausrichtung auf eine effiziente Entwicklung der slowakisch-österreichischen grenznahen Gebiete, andererseits über eine effiziente Aufstellung der künftigen Zusammenarbeitsmodelle für die kommende Programmperiode ab 2020. Das Projekt mit Ausrichtung auf öffentliche Verwaltungsinstitutionen, vor allem auf die Selbstverwaltungen, da diese die Zusammenarbeit vorantreiben und die Errichtung neuer, bzw. die Erhaltung der bestehenden Partnerschaften von weiteren Subjekten in ihrem Gebiet fördern. Das Projekt hilft die strategischen Themen für Zusammenarbeit auszuloten, um eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit in Kernbereichen für alle Akteure im Grenzgebiet zu erzielen, die bestehenden Zusammenarbeitsbereiche zu vertiefen und die Kohäsion in den betroffenen Gebieten zu stärken. Die Definition von strategischen Themen und die Unterstützung der Entwicklung neuer Projekte in den betreffenden Bereichen soll ermöglicht werden und die finanzielle Förderung aus dem Programm sowie ihre Nachhaltigkeit in der neuen Programmperiode ab 2020 besser erreicht werden.

Expected Results (SK):

Projekt „RegioCoop SK-AT“ nadväzuje na vytvorené platformy pre cezhraničnú výmenu skúseností a regionálny kooperačný manažment medzi organizáciami zo Slovenskej republiky a Rakúska. Je synergickým projektom k projektu RECOM SKAT, v ktorom Bratislavský samosprávny kraj aktívne participoval a ConReg SK-AT, v ktorom je už len strategickým partnerom. Celkovým cieľom je ďalšie prehĺbenie, efektívnejšie zacielenie a správne nastavenie súčasnej a budúcej spolupráce inštitúcií verejného charakteru s dôrazom na samosprávne zložky. To sa dosiahne prostredníctvom posilnenia spolupráce a kapacít cezhraničných partnerov vo verejnom sektore pre efektívne rozvíjanie prihraničných oblastí medzi Slovenskou republikou a Rakúskom a zároveň efektívnym nastavením modelov budúcej spolupráce v novom programovom období po roku 2020. Projekt je zameraný na inštitúcie verejnej správy, najmä samosprávy, pretože vystupujú ako motor spolupráce a podporujú vznik nových a udržiavanie vytvorených partnerstiev ďalších subjektov na svojom území. Projekt napomáha nadefinovať strategické témy spolupráce za účelom dosiahnutia efektívnejšej spolupráce v kľúčových oblastiach pre všetkých aktérov v prihraničnej oblasti, prehĺbiť už existujúce oblasti spolupráce a zlepšiť kohéziu v dotknutých oblastiach. Definovanie strategických tém a podpora tvorby nových projektov v týchto oblastiach umožní lepšie zacielenie finančnej podpory programu a ich udržateľnosť v novom programovom období po roku 2020+.
