The project Share 4.0 SK-AT is pushing for an improvement of the cooperation of key actors for research and innovation through new forms of cooperation and practicable work processes. This activates and implements direct and long-term pilot projects with high efficiency. This is done using two selected fields of work: (1) Industrial assistance systems; (2) Resilient, sustainable production systems. Overall, the challenge, the lack of cooperation (in particular: To improve consistency, strategy, resources, exploitation, excellence) through a high-quality bundle of service support. Target groups include SMEs, research and universities, business support organisations (tech parks, business development, etc.) as well as regional/local authorities in project management and their follow-up activities. Project processing and implementation is carried out with all project partners throughout the programme area. The planned change is mainly due to the following main results: (1) Work base including governance model for the Smart Industry Network SK-AT; (2) Pilot projects of excellence; (3) Strategy and Action Plan 2021-2027 and (4) the Memorandum of Understanding of the Project Group by establishing the organisation of the Smart Industry Network SK-AT, the joint further development and a consistent exploitation agenda. These main results, defined as new products and services for research and innovation, provide significant benefits for target groups through the high level of implementation (quality and quantity) in the project and beyond the project duration. This makes a significant contribution to an innovative, smart SKAT region.

Projekt Share 4.0 SK-AT podporuje vo svojom nadriadenom projektovom cieli zlepšenie spolupráce kľúčových aktérov pre vedu a výskum prostredníctvom nových kooperačných foriem a praktických pracovných procesov. Tým sa aktivujú a realizujú priame a dlhodobo orientované pilotné projekty s vysokým stupňom účinnosti. Realizuje sa to na základe dvoch vybraných pracovných oblastí: (1) Priemyselné asistenčné systémy,(2) resilientné, udržateľné produkčné systémy. Celkovo je potrebné postaviť sa výzvam , aby sa chýbajúca kooperácia (predovšetkým: konštantnosť, stratégia zhodnotenia,excelencia a využitie) zlepšili, pomocou vysoko kvalitatívneho prepojenia so Service Support-om. Ako cieľové skupiny budú zapojené MSP, výskum a univerzity Business Support organizácie,(techparky, podpora hospodárstva atď.),ako aj regionálne /lokálne inštitúcie a ich následné aktivity.Spracovanie projektov a ich realizácia sa uskutočňuje so všetkými projektovými partnermi v celej programovej oblasti. Plánovaná zmena sa týka hlavne nasledovných výsledkov: (1) pracovná báza vrátane Governance Modell pre Smart Industry SK-AT, (2) pilotné projekty s excelentným charakterom (3) strategický a akčný plán 2021-2027 a (4) memorandum o porozumení projektovej skupiny, pričom organizácia Smart Industry Network SK-AT presne stanoví spoločný rozvoj a konzekventnú agendu využitia a zhodnotenia. Tieto hlavné výsledky, definované ako nové produkty a služby pre výskum a inováciu prispievajú vysokým stupňom realizovania (kvality a kvantity) v projekte,ako aj po dobe trvania projektu signifikantnému úžitku pre cieľové skupiny. Tým sa značným spôsobom prispieva pre inovatívny smart SKAT región.

Das Projekt Share 4.0 SK-AT forciert in seinem übergeordneten Projektziel eine Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit der Schlüsselakteure für Forschung und Innovation durch neue Kooperationsformen und praktikable Arbeitsprozesse. Damit werden direkte und langfristig orientierte Pilotprojekte mit einem hohen Wirkungsgrad aktiviert und umgesetzt. Dies geschieht anhand von zwei ausgewählten Arbeitsfeldern: (1) Industrielle Assistenzsysteme; (2) Resiliente, Nachhaltige Produktionssysteme. Insgesamt wird auch gezielt der Herausforderung, die mangelnde Kooperation (insbesondere: Konstanz, Strategie, Ressourcen, Verwertung, Exzellenz) zu verbessern, mittels einem qualitativ hochwertigen Bündel an Service Support begegnet. Als Zielgruppen werden KMU, Forschung und Universitäten, Business Support Organsiationen (Techparks, Wirtschaftsförderung etc.) und auch regionale/lokale Behörden in die Projektbearbeitung und deren Folgeaktivitäten einbezogen. Die Projektbearbeitung und -umsetzung erfolgt mit allen Projektpartnern im gesamten Programmgebiet. Die geplante Veränderung erfolgt dabei hauptsächlich durch folgende Hauptresultate: (1) Arbeitsbasis inklusive Governance Modell für das Smart Industry Network SK-AT; (2) Pilotprojekte mit Exzellenzcharakter; (3) Strategie- und Aktionsplan 2021-2027 und (4) dem Memorandum of Understanding der Projektgruppe, indem die Organisation des Smart Industry Network SK-AT, die gemeinsame Weiternetwicklung und eine konsequente Verwertungsagenda festgeschrieben ist. Diese Hauptresultate leisten, definiert als neue Produkte und Dienstleistung für Forschung und Innovation, durch den hohen Umsetzungsgrad (Qualitäten und Quantitäten) im Projekt und über die Projektlaufzeit hinaus einen signifikanter Nutzen für die Zielgruppen. Somit wird ein wesentlicher Beitrag für eine innovative, smarte SKAT Region geleistet.

Expected Results (SK):

Udržateľnosť realizácie projektu bude zabezpečená etablovanými a zakotvenými formami kooperácie (kooperačné štruktúry a procesy). Share 4.0 SK-AT okrem toho podporuje overené nástroje a metodiky, ktoré sú naďalej vyvíjané a adaptované na využívanie v oblasti výskumu a inovácií. Novinkou v rámci projektu je štruktúrované využívanie operatívnych (napr. nástroje kooperácie - matrix) a strategických nástrojov (napr. Think-Tank) ako aj ich konzekventne trvalé, organizačné zakotvenie. Partneri projektu, ich sieťoví partneri a nositelia rozhodnutí budú zo spoločnej pracovnej a vedomostnej bázy, širokých možností projektu, strategických akcií Future Search priamo počas projektu a v období po ukončení projektu, z celkovej práce na projekte profitovať. Profitovanie cieľových skupín spočíva najmä v transferovej práci, ktorá je bezprostredne účinná; profitovať bude aj vedomostná excelentnosť, ktorá trvalo prináša vysokú kvalitu realizácie, každopádne pracovná a vedomostná báza, ktorá prináša v rámci realizácie vysokú kvantitu. Celkovo je tu veľký profit pre aktivity v oblasti výskumu a inovácií SK-AT ako aj zužitkovanie ich výsledkov na programovom území. Kľúčoví aktéri z oblasti výskumu a inovácií a ich sieťoví partneri ako aj nositelia rozhodnutí prispejú v agende zužitkovania, odsúhlasenej zúčastnenými partnerskými stranami, k udržateľnosti projektu. Takto nebudú iba naďalej využívané a rozširované výsledky projektu (tematicky, metodicky), ale v budúcnosti budú aj cielene využívané a spoločne podporované kooperácie (na regionálnej, národnej, cezhraničnej a európskej úrovni).

Expected Results (DE):

Die Nachhaltigkeit der Projektumsetzung wird durch neu etablierte und verankerte Kooperationsformen (kooperative Strukturen und Prozesse) gewährleistet. Share 4.0 SK-AT forciert dazu erprobte Tools und Methodiken, die für den Einsatz für Forschung und Innovation weiterentwickelt und adaptiert werden. Das Neue am Projektansatz ist der strukturierte Einsatz von operativen (z.B. Wissenstransfer) und strategischen Instrumenten (z.B. Trend-Monitoring) sowie deren konsequente dauerhafte, organisatorische Verankerung. Die Projektpartner und deren Netzwerkpartner (Entscheidungsträger, Zielgruppen) werden vor allem von der gemeinsamen Arbeitsbasis für das Smart Industry Network SK-AT, den umfassenden Transferarbeiten, die unmittelbare Wirkungen zeigen, den beispielhaften Pilotprojekten, der strategischen Nutzung von Forschungsinfrastrukturen sowie den strategischen Kooperationen in SK-AT und mit europäischen Exzellenz-Initiativen direkt im Projekt und weit über die Projektlaufzeit hinaus einen hohen Nutzen erzielen. Dadurch werden dauerhaft hohe Qualitäten und Quantitäten in der Umsetzung erzielt. Insgesamt entsteht durch die Kooperationsintensität und Kooperationsqualität ein klar erkennbarer Nutzen für SK-AT Forschungs- und Innovationsaktivitäten sowie deren Ergebnisverwertung im Programmgebiet. Insbesondere in der durch die Stakeholder vereinbarten Zielvereinbarung und Verwertungsagenda (Memorandum of Understanding für das Smart Industry Network SK-AT) und im Strategie- und Aktionsplan 2021-2027 werden die Schlüsselakteure aus Forschung und Innovation in SK-AT einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit des Projekts leisten. So werden nicht nur die Projektergebnisse (thematisch, methodisch) weiter verwertet und ausgebaut, sondern auch die Kooperationen (regional, national, grenzüberschreitend, europäisch) gezielt zukünftig genutzt und gemeinsam forciert.
