Цель проекта INCROBB – разработка и внедрение инновационной многоуровневой трансграничной платформы для поддержки устойчивых моделей управления бизнесом МиСП и занятостью в регионе. Проведение исследований, создание операционной модели для МиСП и распространение новых знаний будут способствовать достижению этой цели.

Description (FI):

INCROBB hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää ja soveltaa innovatiivista monitasoista rajat ylittävää yhteistyöalustaa, jolla tuetaan kestäviä malleja pk-yritysten liiketoiminnan hallintaan ja työllisyyteen alueella. Tavoitetta edistetään toteuttamalla tutkimuksia, luomalla toimintamalli pk-yrityksille ja levittämällä hankkeen aikana saatua tietoa.

Description (EN):

INCROBB project’s objective is to develop and apply an innovative multi-level cross-border collaboration platform on sustainable SME business management and employment in the region. The objective is promoted by carrying out the surveys, creating an approach for SMEs and disseminating the knowledge gained during the project.

Achievements (EN):

The survey of SMEs has been conducted, and it made possible to identify business needs for hidden experts and acceptable conditions for their joint activities. Based on this survey a digital platform as a base for interaction between hidden experts and SMEs in the region has been developed. Over the project period, an understanding has appeared of how the search mechanism for experts should look like for enterprises on both sides of the border. To formulate the exact terms of reference for technical specialists, several round tables were held with experts, specialized organizations and entrepreneurs. Much attention was also paid to the issue of participation of SMEs of the two countries in the field of textile recycling. The study of the potential of the region has begun in terms of the possibility of creating a cluster of SMEs in this area of activity.

Delivered Outputs (EN):

Conclusions Narrative part of the final report of the project INCROBB, KS1903, covering the period 01/02/2020 – 30/04/2022 is considered approved with following remarks: By the decision of the European Commission dated March 4, 2022, in connection with the Russian aggression against Ukraine, the current and final funding of the Russian partners of the project was terminated. Therefor all the actions and outputs of the Russian partners are neither reported nor could be verified anymore. However all the Finnish partners reported having implemented their project activities mostly as planned. Following reported indicators verified (cumulative values notified when relevant), target/verified value: Number of enterprises participating in cross-border business events 100/496 Number of business organisations receiving support for new business opportunities and/or modernization of businesses 20/26 Number of created structures for regional SME support 2/2 Number of new cross-border economic clusters created 1/1 Number of enterprises educated on how to use the digital cross-border inclusive network dynamic data base and SME collaboration focused practical manuals 50/250 Number of unemployed people involved into regional cross border SME activity 25/20 Number of communications to the society (publications, interview, discussions in media) that explain the project goals and results on both the sides of the border 20/20 Number of seminars on the regional cross-border business development problems and their solution 4/14 Number of workshops on exchanging the experience in digital economy in the region through cross-border cooperation in sustainable regional management 5/6 Number of manuals for cross-border cooperation (two languages) 1/0 Number of databases for SMEs and hidden experts match-creating in cross-border cooperation 1/0 Number of academic publications 2/3
