Description (EN):

The major project activities are the construction of two Automatic Observatory Towers for detection of forests' fires in both municipalities and the supply of equipment for two Control Centers that will be situated on the targeted cross-border territory. The successful implementation of the activity will result in the provision of all the necessary equipment for the AOTs installation, ready to be assembled operational after the construction works. As a core activity will be the elaboration of Joint Action Plan for providing all necessary procedures and tactics so as to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of intervention measures in critical situations in the targeted cross-border region. During all phases of the proposal, the project management and the awareness activities will be implemented in order to be ensured the smooth completion of the activities and their visibility.

Главните проектни активности се изградбата на две Автоматски противпожарни кули за откривање на пожари во шумите во двете општини и снабдување со опрема за два контролни центри кои ќе бидат сместени на целните прекугранични територии. Успешната имплементација на активноста ќе резултира со обезбедување на сета неопходна опрема за инсталација на AOTs, подготвена за составување оперативна по градежните работи. Како основна активност ќе биде изготвувањето на Заедничкиот акционен план за обезбедување на сите неопходни процедури и тактики со цел да се обезбеди ефикасност и ефективност на интервентните мерки во критични ситуации во целниот прекуграничен регион. Во текот на сите фази на предлогот ќе се спроведуваат активностите за управување со проектот и активностите за подигање на свеста за да се обезбеди непречено завршување на активностите и нивната видливост.

Основните дейности по проекта са изграждането на 2 броя Автоматични наблюдателни кули за откриване на горски пожари в двете общини и доставка на оборудване за контролните центрове, които ще бъдат разположени в избраната трансгранична територия. Успешното изпълнение на дейността ще доведе до осигуряването на цялото необходимо оборудване за инсталацията на двете Автоматични наблюдателни кули. Друга ключова дейност е разработването на Съвместен план за действие в съответствие с най-добри практики от ЕС (План за управление на риска и План за превенция от горски пожари) за осигуряване на всички необходими процедури и тактики, гарантиращи ефективността на предприеманите мерки, в случай на критични ситуации в трансграничния регион. По време на всички фази от изпълнението на проекта ще се осъществяват дейностите по управление и комуникация, за да се гарантира прозрачното и коректно изпълнение на всички предвидени в проекта дейности.
