The major activities are as follow: proper management, coordination and reporting of the project and productive partnership developed; construction, rehabilitation and attractive exhibition of Toplikos Fortress (BG) and Hamdibey village (TR).; organization of Tourism Boosting Workshop in TR aiming to foster networking for development of sustainable tourism through the review the existing model of tourism governance and to recommend changes that will make the target region a competitive and attractive tourist destination; Elaboration of tourist guidebook and other info materials targetted to widely promote and advertise the local natural, cultural and historical tourist assets and the creation of integrated high-quality tourism product.

Başlıca faaliyetler şöyledir: Projenin düzgün yönetimi, koordinasyonu ve raporlaması ve kurucu ortaklıkların geliştirilmesi; Toplikos Kalesi (BG) ve Hamdibey köyünün (TR) inşaat, rehabilitasyon ve bunların halka ilgi çekici bir şekilde sunumu;TR Turizm Artırma Atölyesi'nin organizasyonu, mevcut turizm yönetimi modelini gözden geçirerek ve hedef bölgeyi rekabetçi ve cazip bir turizm merkezi haline getirecek değişiklikler önererek, sürdürülebilir bir turizmin geliştirilmesi için ağ oluşturmayı teşvik etmek;Yerel doğal, kültürel ve tarihi turist varlıklarını yaygın bir şekilde tanıtmak ve tanıtmak ve entegre yüksek kaliteli turizm ürününün tanıtımı için turist rehberi ve diğer bilgi materyallerinin detaylandırılması.

Основните дейности са следните: успешно управление, координация и отчитане на проекта и развити партньорски отношения; строителство, рехабилитация и експониране на крепостта Топликос (BG) и село Хамдибей (ТР); организиране на семинар за насърчаване на туризма в трансг, район, който има за цел да насърчи работата в мрежа за развитие на устойчив туризъм в трансгр. район като преразгледа съществуващия модел на управление на туризма и да препоръча промени, които ще превърнат целевия регион в конкурентна и привлекателна туристическа дестинация; Разработване на туристически пътеводител и други информационни материали, насочени към широко популяризиране и рекламиране на местните природни, културни и исторически дадености и създаване на интегриран висококачествен туристически продукт.
