Description (EN): The envisaged project activities include:
1. Project management - a team of 6 cross-border PMT members,
2. Development of a tourist complex at Lambuh village, Ivaylovgrad municipality (LP) - incl. recontruction of an access road of 4030 m, two walking paths with a total length of 1075 m, rest and observation areas, ramps for disabled people and development of an information centre,
3. Development of an Adventure part at Kesan municipality (PP2) - incl. supply and installation of equipment and development of an information centre,
4. Joint awareness campaign (LP)- encompassing the elaboration of a Joint Tourist Development Program, organization and promotion of a Round table in Ivaylovgrad and 2 promotional tours (1 in Ivaylovgrad and 1 in Kesan) for stakeholders at the new tourist sites in both municipalities,
5. Communication and visibility (LP and PP2) – opening and closing press-conferences, project website and Facebook profile/page and their maintenance for 24 months, 4 project information boards, 2 project banners, promotional materials (branded folders, leaflets, pens, etc.).

5. İletişim ve görünürlük (LP ve PP2) - Basın-kapanış, proje web sitesi ve Facebook profili / sayfası ve 24 ay boyunca bakımı, 4 proje bilgilendirme panosu, 2 proje afişi, promosyon malzemeleri (markalı klasörler, broşürler, kalemler), vb.)

2. Развитие на туристически комплекс в село Ламбух, община Ивайловград (Водещ Партньор - ВП) - вкл. реконструкция на път за достъп от 4030 м, две пешеходни пътеки с обща дължина 1075 м, зони за почивка и наблюдение, рампи за хора с увреждания и развитие на информационен център,
3. Развитие на Приключенски парк в община Кешан (Партньор по проекта 2 - ПП2) - вкл. доставка и монтаж на оборудване и изграждане на информационен център,
4. Съвместна кампания за осведомяване (ВП) - включваща разработването на съвместна програма за развитие на туризма, организиране и популяризиране на Кръгла маса в Ивайловград и 2 промоционални пътувания (1 в Ивайловград и 1 в Кесан) на заинтересованите страни за новите туристически обекти в двете общини,
5. Комуникация и визуализация (ВП и ПП2) - откриващи и закриващи на пресконференции, уебсайт на проекта и профил / страница на Facebook и тяхната поддръжка за 24 месеца, 4 информационни табла за проекта, 2 банери за проекта, рекламни материали (брандирани папки, брошури, химикалки и т.н.).
