Description (EN):

The overall objective of the project is to provide the opportunity for joint participation in the development of strategic development for each partner individually and for the entire cross-border area that suit the needs of all involved stakeholders. Project brings together 3 municipality partners from the 2 countries, to improve the cooperation actions between munipalities, institutions and citizens. The specific objectives that the project wants to solve are: 1. Exchange of experience and knowledge among participants from the Croatian and Hungarian side. 2. Strengthening the links and partnerships between local governments, civil society, small and medium enterprises, and citizens on both side of the border . 3. Strengthening of the common identity and promotion of local strategic development that will spil over on the cross bordrer area.

Achievements (EN):

This project has been based on a mutual need - strengthening the cooperation between local municipalities and all other stakeholders with the similar characteristics. The overall objective of the project has been providing an opportunity for joint participation in the strategic development for three municipality partners from two countries; to improve the co-operation actions between them, as well as the other institutions and citizens. As a component specific output of the project six new methods and forums for knowledge transfer were established by the project.
