Description (EN):

"EN-EFF is project implemented by six partners: HGK VŽ as the LB and the other Croatian partners are REDEA , PORA and from Hungarian side ZMVA, PBKIK and SMVKA . Project implementation period is from 08/2017 to 11/2018. Aim of the project is to contribute to the education, training and vocational training for skills and lifelong learning by developing joint training scheme of implementation of nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (nZEB) principles. Specific objective is creation, testing and assessment of new innovative syllabus and preparation of educational didactical materials for implementation of practical training for multiplicators, VET teachers and professionals based on nZEB recommendation. The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) in Article 9 introduce “nearly Zero -Energy Buildings” (nZEBs) as a “building that has a very high energy performance „and future requirements have to be implemented from 2019 for public buildings and from 2021 for all new buildings. Each EU Member State has to elaborate its own nZEB definition. Both, Croatia and Hungary have already adopted definitions, but the two national approaches are different. Workforce education and training in new energy efficient and renewable technology is vital for further implementation of nearly zero-energy buildings. At the moment there is no coherent education and training for energy efficiency of buildings from both, Croatian or Hungarian, side. Main target groups are HR/HU vocational secondary construction’s schools` teachers who transfer the knowledge to students and contribute the most to the implementation of new syllabus needed for working in construction occupations. Publicity activities are of crucial importance. Owners of buildings have to be informed about necessary investments. The first step is preparation of in –depth preliminary survey. Based on the compilation of two national documents prepared by B1 and B3, the national experts will develop 2 national syllabuses according to national definitions and technical requirements (responsible partners LB and B3). Joint workshop will gather all stakeholders. Each beneficiary will engage expert and organise 2- days pilot training for multiplicators, teachers, professionals, representatives of the supportive stakeholders. The syllabus, as the main result, will be handed over to educational institutions. Promotional activities are of utmost importance. Twelve (12) workshops will be organised, each partner organises one workshop for public and one for private buildings' owners. EU Cooperation Day will be also the platform for promotion of nZEB in Čakovec and Komló Expected outputs are: 1 kick-off meeting, 1 closing conference, brochure and other promotional materials, 12 informative workshops on new legislative requirements about energy efficiency of building (nZEB) for owners of the public and private buildings, 2 promotional events organised in frame of EU Cooperation Day 2017 Čakovec, 2 preliminary surveys as a basis for a course. Joint round table with lecture by expert on the common nZEB content for stakeholders, multiplicators, syllabuses development with common and national approach to nZEB implementation (two bilingual documents done by LB and B3), handbook as teaching material (1 bilingual document done by LB), 6X2-days pilot courses based on new developed syllabuses organised by each partner, assessments and analyses of the pilot courses. Purchased equipment: equipment for education needed for smooth organisation of trainings Expected results: acquainted knowledge and methodology among target groups to effectively implement principles of nearly zero- energy building in the cross –border area. The most of activities have cross-border impact. Workforce in cross-border area become mobile and more competitive and can easier find a job in the cross-border area or new business niche with knowledge acquainted of nZEB requirements.

Achievements (EN):
