The main objective of the MoBAE project is to FOMENT THE HIBRIDATION OF KNOWING IN THE AUTOMOTION AMBITIES, TIC, AEROESPACIAL AND HÍPER-LONGEVITY in the Euro-Region Galicia-North of Portugal, in order to identify NEW EMERGENT COMPETENCES, SUPPORT THE BUSINESS AND GENERATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES in the productive system of the mobility industries. In this sense, the emerging competencies necessary to meet the challenges and generate entrepreneurial and business opportunities associated with advanced and extended mobility will be identified. It is advanced because it assumes competences booming in mobility (connected, autonomous, electric and shared), and it is EXTENDIDAY, because it aims to identify intersections of potential knowledge between the automotive, ICT, aerospace and hyper-longevity fields. To achieve its objective, the project will IDENTIFICATE AND SUPPORT INICIATIVES OF EMPLOYMENT AND INTRAEMPRENDIENT that face the main challenges of the productive system from these intersections of knowledge. For this, a work of SENSIBILISATION AND CAPACITATION OF POTENTIAL AND DIRECTIVE COMPANIES will be carried out and a more INTENSIVE ASSORMENT will be given to the entrepreneurial or business initiatives with better potential. Such advice will include support in the search for public or private funding and in the development of their initiatives, either through access to accelerators, incubators or potential partners. Likewise, a work of CAPTACIÓN DE IVERSORES will be done and the public authorities of the EURO-REGION will be alerted for opportunities to improve their programs to support entrepreneurship in the mobility industries. In addition, the MoBAE project will complement and enhance initiatives of Support to Entrepreneurship As BUSINESS FACTORY AUTO (GALICIA) AND 4SCALE (NORTE DE PORTUGAL). All this work will improve the conditions necessary for the APARITION OF NEW INITIATIVE COMPANY IN THE AMBITO OF ADVANCED AND EXTENDED MOVILITY, directly contributing to the RESULT INDICATORS (variation of the number of companies in the area of cooperation) and PRODUCTIVITY, through the different actions of the project, as described below, specifically, Business Development Services created or supported and No. of companies that receive aid. Activities: 1 Intelligence Unit in Advanced Mobility. 2 Promoting Innovative and Corporate Entrepreneurship 3 Support for Smart Financing. 4 Sustainability. 5 Management and Coordination. 6 Communication. Results: The main results of MoBAE are: — 40 people trained in entrepreneurship under the focus of emerging skills in advanced mobility. — 8 entrepreneurship projects/initiatives supported through the advanced advisory service. — 5 innovative projects for the development of new products, services or processes financed through public or private funding sources. — 5 cooperation agreements between companies and technological centers or universities generated by the work of matching between needs and emerging competences. These results will contribute to the creation of new companies in the cooperation space either via spin-offs or supported entrepreneurship initiatives, thus responding directly to the RESULT INDICATOR “Variation of the number of companies in the cooperation space” in an estimate of 5 companies.

El objetivo principal del proyecto MoBAE es FOMENTAR LA HIBRIDACIÓN DE CONOCIMIENTO ENTRE LOS ÁMBITOS AUTOMOCIÓN, TIC, AEROESPACIAL E HÍPER-LONGEVIDAD en la Euro-región Galicia-Norte de Portugal, de cara a identificar NUEVAS COMPETENCIAS EMERGENTES, APOYAR EL EMPRENDIMIENTO Y GENERAR NUEVAS OPORTUNIDADES DE NEGOCIO en el sistema productivo de las industrias de movilidad. En este sentido se identificarán las competencias emergentes necesarias para atender a los retos y generar oportunidades de emprendimiento y de negocio asociados a la movilidad avanzada y extendida. Es MOVILIDAD AVANZADA porque asume competencias en auge en la movilidad (conectada, autónoma, eléctrica y compartida), y es EXTENDIDA, porque pretende identificar intersecciones de conocimiento potenciales entre los ámbitos automoción, TIC, aeroespacial e híper-longevidad. Para lograr su objetivo, el proyecto IDENTIFICARÁ Y APOYARÁ INICIATIVAS DE EMPRENDIMIENTO E INTRAEMPRENDIMIENTO que afronten los principales retos del sistema productivo a partir de estas intersecciones de conocimiento. Para ello se hará una labor de SENSIBILIZACIÓN Y CAPACITACIÓN DE EMPRENDEDORES POTENCIALES Y DIRECTIVOS de empresas y se dará un ASESORAMIENTO MÁS INTENSIVO a las iniciativas emprendedoras o empresariales con mejor potencial. Dicho asesoramiento incluirá apoyo en la busca de financiación pública o privada y en el desarrollo de sus iniciativas, ya sea a través de acceso a aceleradoras, incubadoras o potenciales socios. Asimismo, se hará una labor de CAPTACIÓN DE INVERSORES Y SE ALERTARÁN LOS AGENTES PÚBLICOS DE LA EURO-REGIÓN PARA OPORTUNIDADES DE MEJORAR SUS PROGRAMAS de apoyo al emprendimiento en las industrias de movilidad. Además, el proyecto MoBAE complementará y potenciará iniciativas de APOYO AL EMPRENDIMIENTO COMO LAS ACELERADORAS BUSINESS FACTORY AUTO (GALICIA) Y 4SCALE (NORTE DE PORTUGAL). Con toda esta labor se mejorarán las condiciones necesarias para la APARICIÓN DE NUEVAS INICIATIVAS EMPRESARIALES EN EL ÁMBITO DE LA MOVILIDAD AVANZADA Y EXTENDIDA, contribuyendo de manera directa a los INDICADORES DE RESULTADO (variación del número de empresas en el espacio de cooperación) y de PRODUCTIVIDAD, a través de las distintas acciones del proyecto, como se describe a continuación, en concreto, Servicios de desarrollo empresarial creados o apoyados y Nº de empresas que reciben ayudas. Actividades: 1 Unidad de Inteligencia en Movilidad Avanzada. 2 Fomento del Emprendimiento Innovador y Corporativo. 3 Apoyo a la Financiación Inteligente. 4 Sostenibilidad. 5 Gestión y Coordinación. 6 Comunicación. Resultados: Los principales resultados de MoBAE son: - 40 personas formadas en emprendimiento bajo el enfoque de competencias emergentes en movilidad avanzada. - 8 proyectos/iniciativas de emprendimiento apoyadas a través del servicio avanzado de asesoramiento. - 5 proyectos innovadores para el desarrollo de nuevos productos, servicios o procesos financiados a través fuentes de financiación públicas o privadas. - 5 acuerdos de cooperación entre empresas y centros tecnológicos o universidades generados por la labor de matching entre necesidades y competencias emergentes. Estos resultados contribuirán a la creación de nuevas empresas en el espacio de cooperación ya sea vía spin-offs o iniciativas de emprendimiento apoyadas, respondiendo así de manera directa al INDICADOR DE RESULTADO “Variación del número de empresas en el espacio de cooperación” en una estimación de 5 empresas.
